Due to the unfavorable demographic situation, it is of particular importance to study the medical and social aspects of the health of the female population before and during pregnancy, including taking into account anamnesis, parity and previous reproductive losses[1].In modern conditions, there is still no assessment of the quality of life, which makes it difficult to find additional opportunities to improve a woman's health during pregnancy and in the postpartum period[2].
Goal. Create a medical and social portrait of a woman who has a third or more pregnancy.
Materials and methods. 64 birth histories of women with a third or more pregnancies were studied.
Results. The average age of the women studied was 33.4 0.6 years. 56 women (87.5%) were officially married.
The average age of women with higher education (26.6%) was 34.2 1.5 years, secondary education (59.4%) - 33.7 0.9 years. Among the studied, 17 (26.6%) do not work, and 47 (73.4%) work at state-owned enterprises. Only 9 women (14.1%) report the presence of occupational hazards in the workplace.
The average height of women in this group was 166.6 0.8 cm; the average weight of the subjects was 82.3 2.1 kg. Upon registration, the average BMI of women was 28.5, 0.7 (overweight). The average weight gain during pregnancy turned out to be 10.6 kg. 7 women (10.9%) rarely drink alcohol. 7 women (10.9%) indicated that they smoke. The average age of women who smoke was 35.3 years, and those who drink alcohol was 36.6.
The average age of onset of the first menstruation in women is 13.4 0.6 years. However, 11 (17.2%) women reported menstrual irregularities, such as particularly painful and acyclic periods. The average age of the subjects who have a painful menstrual cycle was 38.5 1.2 years, and those who have acyclic menstruation 31.3 0.8 years.
Conclusion. This information will help healthcare organizations to establish effective work in the field of maternity care with the possibility of further individualization of the pregnancy management plan. The relevance of further study of social and household risk factors for pregnancy complications and childbirth outcomes will allow optimizing and supplementing the perinatal risk assessment scale with new factors and developing personalized programs for the examination and treatment of major complications of pregnancy and childbirth[3].

<back><ref-list><ref id="B1">1.<mixed-citation>Гуменюк Е.Г., Карпеченко А.В., Кормакова Т.Л.
