The topic of changes in the oral cavity of patients with functional dyspepsia remains understudied. Dyspeptic symptoms include belching, postprandial fullness, early satiety, epigastric pain, and burning sensation. Functional dyspepsia is diagnosed when no organic etiology of the symptoms is identified. Objective. To analyze changes in the oral cavity of patients with functional dyspepsia. Materials and methods. Patients were surveyed using Coogl forms, and dental examinations were conducted on patients with an average age of 21 years. The collected surveys were analyzed to identify common manifestations in the oral cavity. Results. Changes in the oral cavity characteristic of patients with functional dyspepsia were identified. A higher percentage of patients had a yellowish tint to their teeth, paleness of the oral mucosa, and stomatitis. Conclusions. The most significant findings from the analysis of changes in the oral cavity of patients with functional dyspepsia include the frequent occurrence of stomatitis, paleness of the oral mucosa, and changes in tooth enamel color. In the management of gastroenterological patients with dental issues, the involvement of a dentist is necessary. Further research on the microbiological status of saliva and the oral mucosa is needed.
