The medical records of patients treated with bevacizumab for colorectal cancer (CRC), pancreatic cancer (PCa), small cell lung cancer (SCLC), and renal cell cancer (RCC) were analyzed. Hypertension occurred a median of 12 weeks after bevacizumab therapy (range 4-34 weeks). 81.48% of patients had hypertension secondary to bevacizumab therapy. Antiangiogenic therapy-associated hypertension is a manageable toxicity that can be controlled with angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (ACE inhibitors).&lt;/p&gt;
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>bevacizumab</kwd><kwd>cardiotoxicity</kwd><kwd>arterial hypertension</kwd><kwd>cardio-oncology</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>бевацизумаб</kwd><kwd>кардиотоксичность</kwd><kwd>артериальная гипертензия</kwd><kwd>кардиоонкология</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Чазова, И.Е.
