The development of medical digital technologies is proceeding in a number of areas: prevention, determination of diagnostic parameters, monitoring the course and effectiveness of treatment, consulting support and patient support. Mobile healthcare (mHealth) is a new direction in the IT field, focused on both the doctor and the patient. Digitalization, the transition to electronic document management, the development of telemedicine are the key tasks of the national project "Healthcare".
Purpose of the study. Develop a mobile application that allows you to evaluate the nature of the menstrual cycle both as part of the dynamic monitoring of the attached population, and in the case of the selection of HRT.
Materials and methods: object-oriented programming in the integrated Java IDE environment, current clinical protocols of the Russian Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ROAG)
Results: a mobile application "AMK-Stop" was developed, which allows a woman to independently assess the nature of menstruation, and the attending obstetrician-gynecologist to dynamically monitor the patient's health status.
Conclusion: the introduction of mobile applications in the work of the outpatient service, in particular the antenatal clinic, will significantly improve the availability and quality of medical care, significantly reduce the financial costs of medical institutions for unreasonable calls. The predominant use of software components that do not require access to the Internet allows the population of remote areas to receive reliable and up-to-date information about their health that complies with all current clinical recommendations.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>programming</kwd><kwd>healthcare organization</kwd><kwd>women's consultation</kwd><kwd>modernization</kwd><kwd>abnormal uterine bleeding</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>программирование</kwd><kwd>организация здравоохранения</kwd><kwd>женская консультация</kwd><kwd>модернизация</kwd><kwd>аномальные маточные кровотечения</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front>

<back><ref-list><ref id="B1">1.<mixed-citation>mHealth: new horizons for health through mobile technologies: second global survey on eHealth.
