An analysis of the number and ratio of medical and medical and social activities implemented within the framework of the Federal Project Older Generation of the national project Demography in the Voronezh Region as of 2022 is necessary to assess the level and quality of the implementation of state programs.<br />Using statistical and analytical research methods, it was found that both preventive and therapeutic activities aimed at supporting active longevity are being successfully carried out in the region.<br />A multi-level approach, organized and coordinated activities of each link contribute to the creation of a solid base for the future generation to continue their activities. Many years of active interaction between medical and social institutions creates the basis for the involvement of specialists from various fields of activity.
