Moreover, there is an ambiguous differentiation of the development of this level among the population under 30 years of age. In relation to the student environment, this provision is very ambiguous. It is of interest to find out the correlation between the temperament of young people and their level of anxiety at the present time.

Goals and objectives. The aim of the work is to identify the statistical functional dependence of the temperament of students and practitioners with the level of their anxiety.

Methods and materials. The study involved students of the medical faculty of 1,2 and 3 courses, as well as practicing doctors. For each contingent, 30 volunteers aged 18 to 28 years took part.

The testing was carried out at rest of the subjects, in a familiar/comfortable environment, at a time convenient for them. In the process of anonymous testing, each participant was a priori acquainted with the tasks and purpose. The survey and statistical data processing were carried out using GoogleForms and Excel.

Results. The results of the study allowed us to state a high degree of correlation of situational and personal anxiety among students. Among practicing doctors, the dynamics picture is comparable. At the same time, the personal component of anxiety is dominant.

Conclusions. It is established that differentiation of situational and personal anxiety is observed in the student environment between junior courses. Moreover, with the transition to the senior year, students become more balanced, the feeling of anxiety decreases and to a lesser extent depends on temperament. The ratio of the indicators mentioned earlier is stabilizing due to the growth of stress resistance of young people.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>anxiety level</kwd><kwd>situational</kwd><kwd>personal</kwd><kwd>temperament</kwd><kwd>relationship</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>уровень тревожности</kwd><kwd>ситуативная</kwd><kwd>личностная</kwd><kwd>темперамент</kwd><kwd>взаимосвязь</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front>

Relevance. The intensification of living conditions in the world is manifested in an increase in the pace of life, which significantly affects the psychological and physiological state of people. The internal state of a person and environmental factors are reflected in a more active manifestation of his temperament with a level of anxiety. The scientific community is interested in the level of interrelation of these indicators of the human condition, both among students and among young practitioners. This refers to the category of graduates of medical universities in the country. Studies of this type are not new, but in modern environmental conditions, they will help to find out the dynamics of correlations in the youth environment of students and graduates of medical universities. This will make it possible to scientifically and competently implement compensation for destabilizing environmental factors for a more stable development of the personal state of young people.
Statistical analysis of the results of the questionnaires formed on this topic will allow us to reasonably obtain experimental data on the ratio of temperament to the level of anxiety of young people aged 18 to 28 years.
The aim of the work is to identify the statistical functional dependence of the temperament of students and practitioners with the level of their anxiety.
Materials and methods. The study was conducted on the basis of the Department of Normal Physiology of the Voronezh State Medical University named after N.N. Burdenko. The study involved students of the medical faculty of 1,2 and 3 courses, as well as practicing doctors graduates of the university. Each contingent was attended by 30 volunteers of each contingent aged 18 to 28 years. The testing was carried out at rest of the subjects, in a familiar/comfortable environment and at a time convenient for them. The conducted testing was anonymous, but each participant was a priori familiar with its tasks and purpose. In order to exclude external mutual influence, the subjects were recommended to limit contacts between themselves on the subject of testing issues. The evaluation of the influence of sexual characteristics on the correlation dependence of the studied characteristics was not taken into account.
Statistical processing of the obtained data was carried out using GoogleForms and Excel.
Results and discussion. According to the results of the study, it was possible to find out the differential and integral components of the relationship of temperament with the level of anxiety in two categories of people students (1-3 courses) and university graduates practicing doctors up to 28 years old.
Integral situational anxiety in students (1-3 years) was assessed as high in 41.7%, moderate - 43.3% and low - 15%. Personal anxiety in the same environment was assessed as high in 55 %, moderate 36.7% and low 8.3%. It follows from the experiment that the dominant indicator in the gradation of situational and personal anxiety is a high degree of personal anxiety.

Among young practitioners, the picture of the integral dynamics of situational and personal anxiety basically coincides with the dynamics among students. At the same time, situational anxiety among doctors was assessed as high in 35%%, moderate 50% and low 15%. Personal anxiety in the same environment was assessed as high in 50%, moderate 40% and low - 10%. It follows from the experiment that the dominant indicator in the gradation of situational and personal anxiety is also a high degree of personal anxiety.
It is established that differentiation of situational and personal anxiety is observed in the student environment between junior courses. At the same time, the dynamics of personal anxiety remains dominant and increases by 10% annually. Situational anxiety for the same period is on average at the level of 5%. The comparative assessment of the dynamics of situational and personal anxiety on the course is only +5%.
It should be taken into account that the estimates obtained are at the level of errors in the survey statistics, based on this, it becomes possible to justify the results of this study as follows: with the transition to senior courses, students, when faced with various stressful situations, learn to adapt to them, become more confident in their abilities. The feeling of anxiety depends, to a greater extent, on the personal component. It follows from this that the ratio of the indicators mentioned above is stabilizing due to the growth of stress resistance of young people.
By temperament , the percentage ratio among students was: for phlegmatics 15.4% , choleric 46.2% , sanguine 11.5% and melancholic - 26.9% . In comparison with the types of temperaments in the medical environment , it is established accordingly 16,7%, 33,3%, 0% and -50%. It is obvious that in the youth environment from 18 to 28 years, there is a dominance of melancholics in the professional environment of young doctors, but the dominance of choleric and sanguine students.
The distribution between the types of temperament for junior and senior students is interesting: phlegmatic a drop from 60% to 18.2% during the period of study in 1-3 courses; choleric - an increase of up to 50% in the second year; sanguine an increase of up to 40% in the second year and melancholic an increase of 0.5% to 27.5% during the period training in 1-3 courses. It should be noted that the 2nd year of study turned out to be extreme in terms of the dynamics of temperament. At the same time, the percentage of choleric and sanguine reaches a maximum. This is due to the fact that the fuse of student youth activity in the senior years of study is still acceptable in the process of vocational education.
The assessment of the correlation (relationship) between temperament and the level of anxiety of the studied categories of people confirmed the wellestablished dynamics in the society of the professional environment of doctors (university general practitioner) - with increasing age, a close to linear dependence is observed. Moreover, the correlation coefficient between temperament and anxiety level has a negative character and is in the range of 0.48-0.75.

<back><ref-list><ref id="B1">1.<mixed-citation>Семилетова В.А.
