Many diseases are asymptomatic, and a person may not be aware of it. Therefore, regular medical examination, preventive medical examination (PMO) will allow you to identify various diseases at an early stage, when their treatment will be most effective. It is also known that to date, more than 21 million citizens of the Russian Federation have been ill with a new coronavirus infection (COVID 19) and in addition to PMT and medical examination, the ill citizens undergo in-depth medical examination (UD). The medical examination is carried out within the framework of the program of state guarantees of free provision of medical care to citizens and the territorial program of state guarantees of free provision of medical care to citizens, both PMO and UD. The analysis of the conducted medical examination, PMO, and UD in a medical organization (MO) is a very important task for the rational use of resources and the formation of good health in the population, since it is a healthy person who forms a strong nation.<br /><strong>Objective:</strong> To analyze the generated coupons of outpatient patients for dispensarization, PM and UD in the medical information system "Quasar" of compulsory medical insurance and determine the implementation of regulatory indicatorsMO in these sections.<br /><strong>Materials and methods:</strong> Statistical accounting of medical examination, PMO and UD to identify problem areas and promising areas of development. Quantitative indicators of accounting for cases of outpatient visits by patients of the city polyclinic for the purpose of undergoing medical examination, PMO, UD for the 3rd quarter of 2022 will be subjected to comparative analysis. The end point of the study will be a comparison of the actual results of quantitative accounting with the normative planned indicators of the MO of the conducted medical examinations, PMO, UD of the population.<br /><strong>Results:</strong> The study took into account the statistical coupons of outpatient patients from the section of medical examination, PMO and UD of three randomly selected sections of one of the buildings, as well as the entire building of the Voronezh polyclinic. It turned out that district internists, at the selected sites, do not fulfill all sections of the regulatory plan of the Ministry of Health for medical examination and UD.
