Burdenko2004202312S21071103101202326032023Copyright © 2023, Klepov A.A.2023<p><strong>Relevance.</strong> The problem of psychosomatic disorders remains one of the urgent problems of modern medicine, in particular, it is relevant in gastroenterology. The appointment of psychotropic drugs is mentioned in the latest clinical recommendations for the treatment of chronic pancreatitis and irritable bowel syndrome, however, medical care for the contingent of patients with these diseases is often insufficient, as evidenced by a large percentage of repeat referrals and short clinical remission.<br /><strong>Objective.</strong> Analysis of the severity of anxiety and depression in patients with pathology of the gastrointestinal tract who sought medical help in the BUZ IN VGKP No. 7 for the period from 20.04.22 to 13.05.22.<br /><strong>Methods.</strong> Five groups of patients were evaluated according to nosological units (gastric ulcer and/or duodenal ulcer, chronic pancreatitis, gastroesophageal reflux disease, irritable bowel syndrome and a group of patients with multiple pathology of the digestive system). The following questionnaires were used: the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and the Gastrointestinal Tract Symptoms Assessment Scale (GSRS).<br /><strong>Results.</strong> Manifestations of the main syndromes of chronic diseases of the digestive system were more pronounced in patients with anxiety and/or depression. Most patients with anxiety and depression were found in the group with multiple pathology of the digestive tract. Patients with chronic pancreatitis had the maximum severity of abdominal pain syndrome, reflux syndrome - patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease, dyspeptic with multiple pathology of the digestive system, diarrheal syndrome and constipation syndrome with irritable bowel syndrome.<br /><strong>Conclusion.</strong> Anxiety-depressive disorders increase gastrointestinal manifestations of chronic diseases of the digestive tract, and those, in turn, contribute to the increase of anxiety and / or depression, forming a vicious circle, therefore, treatment of such patients should be comprehensive.</p>somatic pathologygastrointestinal tractanxiety-depressive disordersсоматическая патологияжелудочно-кишечный тракттревожно-депрессивные расстройства1.Отчет ВОЗ: Психическое здоровье: усиление борьбы с психическими расстройствами [текст]: информационный бюллетень.- №4.-Июль, 2020 г.
