The last one not only effects the population's health but also has an economic effect. The relevance of the work is conditioned by the existence of some deficiencies in the process's organization, which leading to time and financial costs.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&lt;p&gt;The aim of this work was to study the satisfaction of different age groups with DME, besides, to make the algorithm construction of the first stage's events, to search problems and ways to solve them. At first, the scientific works' researching and SERVQUAL methodology survey have been implemented. Then, according to the methodological recommendations for the new model of the medical organization, the IDEF0 and IDEF3 models have been drawn up.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&lt;p&gt;The above-described methods confirmed the presence of various difficulties, including a work's disproportionation, long waiting time, building planning's defects. The main problems were structured, some ways of their solution were proposed.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&lt;p&gt;The results of the survey proved the existence of certain problems, confirmed that the using of information and lean technologies helps to develop patient-centred healhtcare.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
