Бурденко" Министерства здравоохранения Российской Федерации8108UnclassifiedCLINICAL AND DIAGNOSTIC FEATURES OF THE MANIFESTATION OF HEART ECHINOCOCCOSIS ON THE EXAMPLE OF A CLINICAL CASEAlekseevaAnastasia Vasilevnams-ava@mail.ruhttps://orcid.org/0000-0002-4391-094XSelimovGerman Ramazanovichselimov46@mail.ruhttps://orcid.org/0000-0001-7035-4208Astrakhan State Medical University2004202312S296982901202302042023Copyright © 2023, Alekseeva A.V., Selimov G.R.2023<p>RELEVANCE: currently there is a sharp increase in the incidence of echinococcosis in the Astrakhan region.<br />PURPOSE: a case of cardiac echinococcosis was demonstrated on a clinical example.<br />MATERIALS AND METHODS: Case history of patient U., 22 years old, results of laboratory and instrumental studies.<br />RESULTS: Patient U., 22 years old, was admitted for surgical treatment to the Federal Center for Cardiovascular Surgery in Astrakhan seven days after the onset of the disease and the appearance of the first complaints. During this time, a clinical examination was performed, including laboratory tests (OAC, biochemical blood test) and instrumental studies (CT of the abdomen, chest, brain, ECHO-KG). After the preparatory treatment of CHF, the patient underwent surgical treatment "Removal of the echinococcal cyst of the heart." After 8 days the patient was discharged.<br />CONCLUSION: the diagnosis of echinococcosis is of paramount importance, it helps to detect the disease at an early stage. The given example describes a fairly quick diagnosis, the correct tactics for managing a patient. The data of examination and diagnostic search are given.
