Preliminary monitoring of the data allowed us to conclude that among all diseases, a fairly high percentage belongs to diseases of a dental nature, which leads to a decrease in a person's ability to work, additional costs for the treatment of patients and their prevention.<br />Goal. The aim of the study is to increase the effectiveness of the use of light physical factors in the treatment of pathological conditions of the oral mucosa, which are detected during removable prosthetics, as well as to study the effectiveness of orthopedic treatment using various light physical factors in combination with medications.<br />Methods. To conduct the study, it was necessary to divide patients into two groups for the appointment of various physical devices.<br />Results. In patients of groups 1 and 2, after applying partial and fully removable dentures, an acute inflammatory reaction of the oral mucosa was detected in response to increased pressure transmitted through the bases of the prostheses.<br />Conclusion. When using complex treatment of the mucous membrane in group 1, hyperemia disappeared on the third day, and in group 2 patients - on the second day.
