The structure of the Center includes a treatment and consultation department, a scientific-methodological department, and an information and analytical department. The main purpose of the Center is the rendering of high-skilled medical aid to children of Voronezh aged from 0 to 18 with respiratory diseases; improvement of professional skills of pulmonologists and local pediatricians. The main directions of the Center's activity are consulting assistance to children with relapsing and chronic respiratory diseases, introduction of modern methods of diagnostics, treatment and dispensary, realization of rehabilitation complexes on the basis of the department of medical rehabilitation "Sun", advanced training of parents and children, advanced training of local pediatricians, pulmonologists and allergists.
