The study was performed on laboratory animals - rats, in which coral granules were implanted in the area of the bone defect. They were removed by overdosing of drugs for inhalation anesthesia. The criterion for evaluating changes was descriptive morphology.

Results. Changes were revealed: the cortical plate or compact substance was thinned for a considerable length. At the same time, there is some division of it into two zones. It should be noted that in most osteons of the cortical part of the bone, an expanded central channel is detected, thus a positive, so-called "porosity symptom" or "cortical osteopenia".

Conclusions. Thus, the conducted experiment showed the presence of qualitative and quantitative changes in the structural organization of bone tissue and a change in the rate of its neoplasm.
osteogenesissporposis symptomregenerationcoral granulesостеогенезсимптом порозностирегенерациягранулы коралла
Relevance. The principles and methods of reconstructive plastic surgery in case of bone damage are now becoming increasingly relevant. The search for new ways to regulate regenerative osteogenesis in hostilities requires not only the optimization of existing knowledge and experience, but also the development of new ones, taking into account modern achievements of science and technology. The "gold standard" in bone reconstruction is the use of implants, the disadvantages and advantages of many of which are well studied and presented in literary sources [1,2]. However, given the fact that this problem is not fully resolved, certain facets and determined the purpose of this work continue to remain underexhausted.

Purpose of the study: to study the morphological features of bone regeneration in postnatal ontogenesis under the condition of implantation of corral granules.

Materials and methods: the experimental study was carried out on laboratory animals - rat males of the "Vistar" line, weighing 20018 g, in compliance with all ethical norms and rules for handling laboratory animals. The animals were divided into two groups: control and experimental. In the exmerimental group, coral granules were implanted into the bone defect area. The removal of animals from the experiment was carried out by overdose of means for inhaled anesthesia. The criterion for evaluating changes was descriptive morphology.

Results of the study. The revealed changes in the histological structure of the compact and spongy substance were as follows: a cortical plate or compact substance is thinned over a considerable length. At the same time, there is some division of it into two zones. Directly under the periasteum, which is visualized on drugs only in small areas, the bone plates are oriented parallel to its surface. This determines a large number of single cavities with osteocytes in them. The number of osteons is small, blood vessels are visualized in the haversian channels. It should be noted that most cortical bone osteons reveal an extended central channel, thus positive, the so-called "poroprosity symptom" or "cortical osteopenia".

In the layer closer to the endost, the number of dilated single cavities with osteocytes and the number of haversian systems with increased diameter havers channels increase.

Conclusions. Thus, the experiment showed the presence of qualitative and quantitative changes in the structural organization of bone tissue and a change in the pace of its neoplasm.
[Сучков, Д.И.
