Priority is given to the most severe cases: patients with acute coronary syndrome, acute circulatory disorders of the brain, victims of a traffic accident with combined injuries, patients with severe burns, severe bleeding, acute surgical pathologies, complicated pregnancy, as well as (most importantly) with coronavirus infection.&lt;br /&gt;Medical evacuation provides for compliance with a number of mandatory conditions, the main of which is the possibility of resuscitation measures for the patient or the victim during the medical evacuation. Such support can be possible only if there are qualified medical personnel and special equipment, that is, a life support module.&lt;br /&gt;The Government of the Voronezh Region has developed regulatory documents that regulate the activities of sanitary aircraft in this territory.
