This is due to the wide scope of its application, as well as the ease of movement and the small amount of time spent. All of the above is just an excellent option for students who are always loaded with educational material and limited in time.

Purpose: To assess the state of the cardiovascular system and the speed of recovery of students of the Faculty of Dentistry of V.G. N.N. Burdenko, systematically engaged in circuit training.

Methods:
Research, which was attended by students of VSMU them. N.N.Burdenko.
The object of the study is the level of physical development of third-year students of the Faculty of Dentistry, who regularly engage in circular training.
Assessment of indicators of the cardiovascular system (measurement of blood pressure and heart rate) at rest using Letunov's test after the first, second and third loads.
Recording results with the help of self-control diaries during individual lessons with this system.

Results: Using a comparative analysis of the indicators of the cardiovascular system, it was revealed that at the start of the study, 17% of students had a hypertensive type of reaction, 33% had a hypotonic type of reaction, and 50% had a normotonic type of reaction. After completing this methodology, the percentage of students with a hypertensive type of reaction decreased to 14%, and with a hypotonic type of reaction to 21%. It is observed that the recovery time decreased and the heart rate indicators after exercise approached the baseline.

Conclusion: After completing the complex of circular training, a positive effect on the health of students was observed. We can safely say that conducting classes using the circular training method is an excellent way to strengthen the cardiovascular system and develop basic physical qualities while using the minimum amount of time.
Circuit trainingrecovery rateindicatorsdynamicsstudentsКруговая тренировкаскорость восстановленияпоказателидинамикастуденты
Vi. RELEVANCE
Recently, circular training and similar forms of organization of the educational and training process are becoming more widespread among other methods of physical education. This is due to a number of factors. It will not be difficult to compose this training for a large circle of people, including students, since it is characterized by a wide scope of application and a variety of methodological options. It is important to note that the circuit training often includes technically simple exercises from athletics, basic or auxiliary gymnastics. As a result, due to the simplicity of the movements, it becomes possible to repeat them cyclically, in a complex manner, thereby contributing to physical development. Given the workload of students with educational material and a limited amount of time for sports, this form of organization of physical education is a priority. Thus, you can improve physical qualities, skills and abilities, spending a minimum of time. The high intensity and complexity of the circular training impact contribute, in turn, to the development of students' endurance, as well as to an increase in the functional activity of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems.

Vii. TARGET
To analyze the dynamics of changes in the rate of recovery among 3rd year students of the Faculty of Dentistry, systematically engaged in the method of circular training.

VIII. METHODS
Study design
In the course of the study, three groups of third-year students of the Faculty of Dentistry of V.G. N. N. Burdenko, which included two experimental and one control. The experimental groups performed circuit training cycles, which consisted of exercises for the development of strength qualities, and the control group studied the usual set of exercises. To assess the response of the cardiovascular system to dosed physical activity and the rate of recovery after exercise, the Letunov test was used. The essence of the technique was that at first the students measured their pulse rate and blood pressure at rest. Then three loads were performed sequentially. The first is 20 squats in 30 seconds, the second is a 15-second run in place at the maximum pace with a high hip lift, the third is a 3-minute run in place at a pace of 180 steps per minute. The interval of rest between the first and second loads is 3 minutes, between the second and third - 4 minutes, after the third - 5 minutes. At the indicated intervals of rest in a sitting position during each minute, heart rate is determined for the first 10 s and blood pressure - for the next 15-45 s. In the end, various types of reactions of the cardiovascular system to physical activity were observed. During distance learning, students studied independently, kept a diary of recording results after training.

Eligibility criteria

Description of the medical intervention
No medical intervention was provided.

Conditions of conducting
This study was carried out at the V.G. N.N. Burdenko of the city of Voronezh at the Department of Physical Culture and Medical Rehabilitation. Students practiced in the gym of the "Central" sports complex, as well as at home on their own. The exercises were carried out without taking into account different weather conditions.

Study duration
The study was conducted over 5 months from September 2020 to February 2021. Participants practiced this technique once a week.

Main study outcome
Increase in the functional capabilities of the cardiovascular system, as a result of physical culture lessons by the method of circular training.

Additional study outcomes
An additional outcome of the study can be considered the development of basic physical qualities - strength, flexibility, endurance. Improvement in mood and sleep quality was also observed.

Subgroup analysis
No subgroups were identified in this study.

Outcome registration methods
To record the indicators of the cardiovascular system (blood pressure and heart rate), a tonometer and a stopwatch were used.

Statistical analysis
The sample size was not pre-calculated.

IX. RESULTS
Objects (participants) of the study
The study involved third-year students of the Faculty of Dentistry of V.G. N.N.Burdenko. Each group consisted of 14 people, the average age of which was 20-22 years. Participants performed circuit training cycles once a week.

Main research findings
According to the results of the study, a change in the percentage of various types of reaction of the cardiovascular system to physical activity was established: at the beginning of the study, the number of students with a hypertensive type of reaction was 17%, with a hypotonic type of reaction - 33%, with a normotensive type of reaction - 50%. At the end of the study, after completing a cycle of physical activity by the circular training method, the number of students with a hypertensive type of reaction was 14%, with a hypotonic type of reaction - 21%, with a normotonic type of reaction - 65%. There was also a change in indicators.
[1. Матвеев, Л.П. Теория и методика физ. культуры. Введение в предмет: учебник для высших специальных физкультурных учебных заведений/ Л.П.
