The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship between plasma levels of vitamins B1, B2, and B6 and the parameters of cardiopulmonary exercise testing in elite ice hockey players during the preseason period. The study included 42 elite athletes. Plasma concentrations of thiamine, riboflavin, and pyridoxine were determined using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry. Functional status was assessed using a cycle ergometer test with gas analysis. It was found that in 50% of those examined, the level of vitamin B1 was below the reference values; for vitamin B6, this was observed in 30.9%, and for vitamin B2, in 9.5%. The mean VO₂max value was 42.495.45 mL/kg/min. A moderate positive correlation was identified between vitamin B1 concentration and VO₂max (r=+0.43; p0.05). Athletes with combined B-group vitamin deficiency demonstrated lower aerobic performance compared with participants without deficiency. The results obtained confirm the relevance of laboratory monitoring of vitamin status in athletes for the subsequent personalization of nutritional support.</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>thiamine</kwd><kwd>riboflavin</kwd><kwd>pyridoxine</kwd><kwd>cardiopulmonary exercise test</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>тиамин</kwd><kwd>рибофлавин</kwd><kwd>пиридоксин</kwd><kwd>кардиореспираторный нагрузочный тест</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front>

<back><ref-list><ref id="B1">1.<mixed-citation>Раджабкадиев Р.М., Вржесинская О.А., Бекетова Н.А., Кошелева О.В., Выборная К.В.
