Due to the imposed sanctions, the issue of providing the domestic healthcare system with medicines and equipment has become a priority. Import substitution has become the main approach to address this issue, as it has a significant impact on medical personnel.Target. To analyze how import substitution affects medical personnel</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Methods.The analysis is based on a survey conducted among doctors and the results of a meeting of research groups. <br />Results.The survey revealed a complex and ambiguous situation regarding the implementation of domestic medical equipment in healthcare facilities.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Conclusions.On the one hand, the medical community is generally ready to use it and sees advantages such as affordable prices and simplified logistics for spare parts.
