An analysis was conducted based on relevant criteria of spontaneous reports registered in the automated information system "Pharmakonadzor" from 2009 to 2024.Results. A typical patient profile for those experiencing ARs from calcium and colecalciferol preparations was identifiedelderly women. The most frequently reported ARs were allergic reactions, dyspeptic disorders, and cases of treatment ineffectiveness. Cases of reactions leading to life-threatening conditions and fatal outcomes were described separately. Differences in the information submitted in spontaneous reports across various versions of the "Pharmacovigilance" system were examined.Conclusions. The study of AR development cases allows for the assessment of potential risks of ongoing pharmacotherapy, modifications to existing therapeutic approaches, identification of patient characteristics that serve as risk factors for AR development, and patient education about possible ARs. This, in turn, increases treatment adherence rates and thereby enhances the effectiveness of the therapy.&lt;/p&gt;
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>osteoporosis</kwd><kwd>adverse drug reactions</kwd><kwd>calcium medicines</kwd><kwd>colecalciferol medicines</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>остеопороз</kwd><kwd>нежелательные реакции</kwd><kwd>препараты кальция</kwd><kwd>препараты колекальциферола</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Лесняк О.М., Баранова И.А., Белова К.Ю., Гладкова Е.Н., Евстигнеева Л.П., Ершова О.Б., Каронова Т.Л., Кочиш А.Ю., Никитинская О.А., Скрипникова И.А., Торопцова Н.В., Арамисова Р.М.
