Among these, allergic reactions stand out as they are unpredictable, dose-independent, and unrelated to the main pharmacological action of the drug. Objective. To identify the groups of drugs and substances to which sensitization was most frequently observed, based on the results of laboratory allergy tests conducted at the "Center for Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacotherapy" in Stavropol for the year 2017. Materials and Methods. A retrospective analysis was performed on 2570 reports of allergy tests for medicinal products and dietary supplements, conducted at the "Center for Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacotherapy" in Stavropol during 2017. To detect the immunological mechanisms of hypersensitivity to drugs, laboratory diagnostic methods were used - the myeloperoxidase test (MPT) and the determination of circulating immune complexes (CIC). Results. Immunological mechanisms of hypersensitivity were identified for 836 items - of these, 165 (19.7%) were local anesthetics, 154 (18.4%) were antibiotics, and 56 (6.7%) were NSAIDs. Conclusion. According to the results of laboratory allergy tests, sensitization to local anesthetics, antibiotics, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs was most frequently observed.&lt;/p&gt;
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>drug allergy</kwd><kwd>hypersensitivity</kwd><kwd>sensitization</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>лекарственная аллергия</kwd><kwd>гиперчувствительность</kwd><kwd>сенсибилизация</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Butranova O, Zyryanov S, Gorbacheva A, Asetskaya I, Polivanov V.
