The widespread use of laboratory animals compensates for the lack of anatomical material, allowing students to improve their understanding of comparative anatomy, make correlations with the topography of the human body, and master dissection skills.Vascular preparations and organ complexes occupy a special place among the textbooks. In this regard, there is a need to create drugs that meet modern educational needs. This paper presents innovative variations of corrosion casting that expand the classical technique and give new functional properties to the preparations. The first modification is based on the introduction of a phosphor into the polymer mixture, which provides a bright, uniform glow of the preparations in the ultraviolet spectrum. This makes it possible to enhance the contrast of the vascular pattern and create highly visual teaching aids for demonstration in darkened classrooms. The second modification consists in adding a radiopaque substance to the filling mixture, which provides visualization of the obtained casts using computed tomography methods. This approach opens up opportunities for digital three-dimensional modeling and preservation of unique samples in virtual form without the risk of damaging the originals. The third modification is the production of full-size preparations of vascular networks of laboratory animals, which demonstrate the systemic architecture of the vascular network from the main arteries to capillary structures, forming a clear picture of the circulatory system as a single functional network. The developed techniques represent a practical solution for creating high-quality anatomical manuals that complement the collections of morphological museums and contribute to increasing the level of understanding, study and comparative analysis of vascular architectonics.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>corrosion casting</kwd><kwd>anatomical dissection</kwd><kwd>innovative dissection</kwd><kwd>museum business</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>коррозионное литье</kwd><kwd>анатомическое препарирование</kwd><kwd>инновационное препарирование</kwd><kwd>музейное дело</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front>

<back><ref-list><ref id="B1">1.<mixed-citation>Ярославцев Б.
