From a functional perspective, the hand is of special importance, as it provides the most complex and coordinated movements necessary for daily human activity. The complexity of this region lies in the fact that a large number of anatomical structures are located in close proximity within highly limited fascial compartments, cellular spaces, and canals; therefore, any manipulations performed in this area must be extremely careful, precise, and anatomically justified. This part of the upper limb is also associated with conditions such as tunnel syndromes, the surgical treatment of which requires a thorough understanding of the topographic anatomical relationships of vessels, nerves, tendons, and fascial formations in these regions. Anatomical atlases often do not fully reflect the real picture that a physician or a student performing dissection may encounter when first removing the skin and subcutaneous tissue of the hand. Therefore, the materials presented in this scientific article are based on data obtained during the dissection of the upper limb, making it possible to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical experience, deepen the understanding of spatial relationships between anatomical structures, and enhance clinical orientation in specialist training.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>topographic anatomy</kwd><kwd>hand</kwd><kwd>distal forearm</kwd><kwd>dissection</kwd><kwd>tunnel syndrome</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>топографическая анатомия</kwd><kwd>кисть</kwd><kwd>дистальный отдел предплечья</kwd><kwd>препарирование</kwd><kwd>туннельный синдром</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Таджербаши К., Акессон А., Атроши И.
