Normal human anatomy and other morphological disciplines are the foundation of knowledge necessary throughout their studies for students of medical universities. Studying these disciplines is a difficult stage of the learning process. The visibility of the subjects under consideration is part of the academic support base and methodological framework. Topographic and anatomical preparations actually enable us to understand the integrality of the human body and the relative location of anatomical structures.Classical anatomical dissection allows you to create visual materials for studying morphological disciplines. In the course of our work, we resorted to modifying classical techniques in order to create more detailed preparations. In addition to classical dissection, the method of creating topographic and anatomical cuts of the lower limb was used in modification of the classical ice anatomy by N.I. Pirogov.We have set the task to modify the classical theoretical conceptual algorithm for working with biological material. The result of this approach was the creation of high-quality and informative topographic and anatomical preparations.For dissection, we used biological material presented by amputated lower limbs. Specially selected surgical instruments were used during the work.In this paper, we present a modification of classical dissection techniques, based on the variation in the ratio of structures within the dissected area.According to the proposed methods, a number of anatomical preparations were made, which are materials for studying normal and topographic human anatomy, as well as objects of the anatomical museum.
