A key role in the formation of immunity against pertussis infection is played by the timeliness of vaccination, the level of vaccination and vaccination coverage of children. In recent years, incidence rates have continued to rise, despite the high coverage of whooping cough vaccinations among children in the Voronezh region. Target. Conduct an analysis of the level of immunization among the child population of the Voronezh region for the period 2022 - 2024. Materials and methods. The research material was Rosstat reporting forms No. 2, No. 5 and No. 6, data on the population, monthly orders for medical immunobiological drugs supplied at the expense of the federal and regional budgets for the implementation of the National Calendar of Preventive Vaccinations. Results. In the first year of life, no more than 49% of children are vaccinated on time, with an expected 95% coverage. In addition, revaccination continues in some cases even in the fourth year of life, despite the age stipulated by the National Preventive Vaccination Calendar of 18 months. Conclusions. The data obtained indicate an insufficient level of vaccination coverage and shifts in whooping cough immunization schemes in the Voronezh region, which undoubtedly affects the worsening of the epidemic situation.&lt;/p&gt;
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>whooping cough</kwd><kwd>vaccination</kwd><kwd>morbidity</kwd><kwd>antibody level</kwd><kwd>immunity</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>коклюш</kwd><kwd>вакцинация</kwd><kwd>заболеваемость</kwd><kwd>уровень антител</kwd><kwd>иммунитет</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Dyer O.
