Artificial intelligence-based decision support systems (AI-DSS) have the potential to improve the accuracy of diagnosis, forecasting, and optimizing resource allocation, but their implementation in disaster medicine remains limited. Goal. To assess the current state, identify key areas and barriers to integrating AI-DSS into disaster medicine, and identify the conditions for their effective use. Methods. A systematic review of the scientific literature of 2023-2025, indexed in international databases and domestic sources, has been carried out. The methods of content analysis, systematization and conceptual synthesis are applied. Results. Three main areas of application of AI-DSS are identified: predictive systems for early detection of critical conditions, diagnostic solutions using computer vision, and logistical and tactical decision support systems. It has been shown that AI is capable of improving forecasting accuracy, speeding up diagnostics, and optimizing resource usage. The main barriers remain limited clinical validation, data variability, regulatory constraints, and problems integrating into existing infrastructure. Conclusions. The integration of AI-DSS into disaster medicine represents a promising avenue aimed at enhancing the efficiency of diagnostic, therapeutic, and organizational procedures. The analysis confirms the established potential of the technologies under consideration. However, their practical implementation is constrained by a set of methodological, regulatory, and infrastructural limitations, necessitating further research focused on clinical validation and the adaptation of these developments to the specific conditions of emergency situations.&lt;/p&gt;
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>artificial intelligence</kwd><kwd>decision support systems</kwd><kwd>disaster medicine</kwd><kwd>emergency situations</kwd><kwd>emergency medicine</kwd><kwd>machine learning</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>искусственный интеллект</kwd><kwd>системы поддержки принятия решений</kwd><kwd>медицина катастроф</kwd><kwd>чрезвычайные ситуации</kwd><kwd>экстренная медицина</kwd><kwd>машинное обучение</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Медико-психологические аспекты техносферной безопасности / О.
