Measles is a highly contagious vaccine-preventable infection. Timely vaccination of at least 95% of children is a key condition for the protection of the population and the formation of collective immunity. In 2023, there was an increase in the incidence of measles in the Voronezh Region against the background of a decrease in the immune system, which led to the relevance of this study. The purpose of the work. To assess the actual coverage and timeliness of measles vaccination in children under 6 years of age in the Voronezh Region in the period 2022-2024. Materials and methods. The data from the Federal statistical observation form No. 6 "Information on the populations of children and adults vaccinated against infectious diseases" in the Voronezh Region for 2022, 2023 and 2024 were analyzed using Microsoft Excel. Results. It was found that timely vaccination coverage for children aged 1 to 2 years in 2022 and 2024 was high (98.63% and 96.86%, respectively). However, in 2023, this indicator has critically decreased to 60.95%. It was revealed that annually from 1.21% to 10.04% of children in the region receive measles vaccination with a significant delay (at the age of 3-6 years). An analysis of the annual immunization data indicates that there are problems in the system of accounting for the child population and documented vaccination, which leads to a distortion of official data on the real immune system. Conclusion. Despite favorable official figures in some years, there is a significant cohort of children in the Voronezh Region who were vaccinated in violation of the National Calendar. This creates a vulnerable stratum of the population and explains the unstable epidemic situation of measles in the region.&lt;/p&gt;
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>vaccination</kwd><kwd>measles</kwd><kwd>timeliness</kwd><kwd>coverage</kwd><kwd>child population</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>вакцинация</kwd><kwd>корь</kwd><kwd>своевременность</kwd><kwd>охват</kwd><kwd>детское население</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Официальный сайт ВОЗ: Информационная бюллетень: Корь.
