Currently, there is no consensus on the optimal treatment strategy for patients with synchronous bilateral renal lesions.&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;It has been proven that in patients with КС, the tumor parenchyma contains immune cells - this is the so-called tumor microenvironment (TME), the study of mediators of which is important for the diagnosis of local and widespread forms of КС, since it is useful in choosing treatment tactics.&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;The study of the immune mechanisms of the body's defense and the clinical and diagnostic significance of tumor ТМЕ mediators is important for predicting the risk of tumor progression and the development of metastases in patients in the postoperative period.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>kidney cancer, tumor microenvironment mediators, biomarkers.</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак почки, медиаторы микроокружения опухоли, биомаркеры.</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
