Studying the lifestyle of preschool children is an important task, as it allows for a better understanding of the developmental characteristics and needs of this age group. The aim is to study the lifestyle of preschool children based on the results of a survey of parents, to assess parents' awareness of the basics of a healthy lifestyle. Materials and methods. A questionnaire was developed containing questions about the daily routine, nutrition, and use of gadgets. A survey was conducted in which 198 parents participated. Results. Many parents do not follow the daily routine for their children, do not follow the drinking regime, neglect physical education, and encourage interest in gadgets. Conclusions.
