In modern sports, special attention is paid to the search for optimal techniques that contribute to the comprehensive improvement of physical performance necessary for successful performance in competitions. Circle training is one of the most common ways to improve strength, speed and endurance, because it combines dynamic performance of exercises with minimal pauses for rest, which contributes to improving the overall physical fitness of the athlete. To assess the effectiveness of the methodology, regular testing of 7-9-year-old children at different stages of the training process was conducted, which allowed us to identify the degree of progress and determine the most effective approaches to the construction of training programs. In addition, the paper considers the influence of karate specifics on the requirements for physical training and the need for individual selection of loads.
