Among the clinical recommendations, there is a capillaroscopy method, which is included in these documents in order to apply it in practice and predict predisposition to specific diseases, the signs of which can be traced based on the data obtained using capillaroscopy. This method can also be used to diagnose various diseases and control their course (for example, in diabetes mellitus and scleroderma). The aim. To evaluate the relationship between microcirculation parameters in the area of the prenatal bed of the second finger and anthropometric parameters. Materials and methods. The research was conducted after a short rest period of 15 minutes: microcirculatory parameters were assessed in healthy students using computer capillaroscopy. Results. Statistically significant differences were found between women and men in the average length of the forearm (9% less for women) and the average height (6.3% less for women). The length of the index finger in both comparison groups did not differ significantly. Conclusion. Thus, similar almost identical correlations in men and women were found between the marginal and areal density of the capillary network (0.45 and 0.43, respectively), between the diameters of the arterial and venous sections of the capillaries (0.88 and 0.73), between height and length of the forearm (0.33 and 0.41), between height and diameter of the transitional section (-0.33 and -0.45). For other indicators, the correlations between men and women are different.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>computer capillaroscopy</kwd><kwd>capillary network</kwd><kwd>perivascular zone</kwd><kwd>preungual bed</kwd><kwd>capillary</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>компьютерная капилляроскопия</kwd><kwd>капиллярная сеть</kwd><kwd>периваскулярная зона</kwd><kwd>ногтевое ложе</kwd><kwd>капилляр</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front>

<back><ref-list><ref id="B1">1.<mixed-citation>Гутырчик, Т.
