The analysis of the data showed that the cardiovascular system has become a frequent target of coronavirus infection. The SARS-CoV-2 virus is capable of directly and indirectly causing generalized endothelial dysfunction, which has a negative effect on the cardiovascular system. Purpose. To study endothelin-1 levels in patients with post-infarction cardiosclerosis. Materials and methods. 50 patients diagnosed with post-infarction cardiosclerosis were studied. All patients underwent coronary angiography and ECHO-CG. Endothelin-1 and NT-pro BNP were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results. The mean ET-1 level in the main group was 22.0  4.3 pg/mL, which is significantly higher than in the control group 12.05  0.9 pg/mL (p  0.02). Correlation analysis revealed a positive association between ET-1 and percent PLWHA stenosis (r = 0.65, p = 0.05), PRO BNP (r = 0.54, p = 0.05), CHD PK (r = 0.74, p = 0.05), and a negative association between ET-1 and 6 MX test (r = -0.35, p = 0.05). LVEF of the main group 43  2%, control group 50  3% (p = 0.02). The average NT-pro BNP level in patients with a history of COVID-19 was 476.3 [68-740], which significantly exceeded its value in patients who did not have COVID-19. Conclusions. The data obtained in the course of research work stimulate further study of this area, with the aim of preclinical diagnosis, risk stratification, a personalized approach to patients who have undergone NCVI COVID-19.&lt;/p&gt;
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>endothelin -1</kwd><kwd>coronavirus infection</kwd><kwd>post-infarction cardiosclerosis</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эндотелин -1</kwd><kwd>коронавирусная инфекция</kwd><kwd>постинфарктный кардиосклероз</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Клинико-морфологические особенности инфаркта миокарда у больных, перенесших новую коронавирусную инфекцию COVID-19 / М.
