Introduction.Over the past four years, the epidemiological situation regarding tuberculosis in the Voronezh region has stabilized, as evidenced by a decrease in both morbidity and mortality from this disease. In 2020, the region saw a further reduction in the number of tuberculosis cases. Over four years, the territorial morbidity rate decreased by 33.9%, reaching 14.6 per 100,000 population (in 2019  22.1; in 2020: VO  14.9; RF  32.4). Morbidity among the permanent population decreased by 28.3% and amounted to 11.9 per 100,000 (in 2019  16.6; in 2020: VO - 12.4; RF  26.2). The number of newly diagnosed cases among the permanent population decreased to 275 people (in 2019  386; in 2020 - 288). Objective. To study the influence of chronic non-specific lung diseases on the course and outcomes of tuberculosis to optimize diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for this category of patients. Materials and Methods.Features of the clinical course, diagnosis, and treatment of tuberculosis in patients with chronic non-specific lung diseases. Theoretical analysis of articles and scientific publications. Study and comparison of selected materials. Statistical processing of data from previously conducted studies.Results.Diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis in patients with chronic non-infectious lung diseases require a multi-level approach and interdisciplinary interaction. Early detection and adequate treatment of tuberculosis can significantly improve the prognosis and quality of life of such patients. It is important to remember the need for an individual approach to each patient, taking into account their comorbidities and overall health status.Conclusions.Tuberculosis remains one of the most significant global health problems, despite advances in diagnosis and treatment. Thus, studying the features of tuberculosis course in individuals with chronic non-specific lung diseases is relevant and necessary to improve the effectiveness of medical care for this category of patients and enhance their quality of life.&lt;/p&gt;
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>chronic non-specific lung diseases</kwd><kwd>tuberculosis</kwd><kwd>morbidity</kwd><kwd>mortality.</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>хронические неспецифические заболевания легких</kwd><kwd>туберкулез</kwd><kwd>заболеваемость</kwd><kwd>смертность.</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Баранов, А.
