To determine blood pressure (BP) indicators in men 30-50 years old, depending on PT. Materials and methods. We retrospectively studied the medical histories of 555 males aged from 30 to 50 years, taking into account FT (metabolic equivalents (MET) for VelT) divided into three groups: 1st (reduced FT) - 134 people. (MET5.9), 2nd (moderate) 309 people. (MET 6.0-7.9), 3rd (high) 112 people. (MET8.0). Clinical, anamnestic, laboratory and instrumental parameters were studied. Results. Office BP in persons with low FT corresponded to arterial hypertension (AH) of 1-2 degrees, with moderate PT - high normal BP, and with high FT - normal BP. Office BP in individuals with low and moderate PT was significantly higher than in individuals with high PT. With a decrease in FT, the values of systolic (SBP) and diastolic (DBP) BP during the day, the time index (TI) of SBP during the day, TI of BP during the day and night, the diurnal variability of SBP and the variability of TBP during the day increased significantly. Conclusion. In males aged from 30 to 50 years without clinically significant diseases of internal organs, reduced FT is significantly correlated with increased parameters of daily and office measurements and SCD and DCD curves.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>office and daily blood pressure</kwd><kwd>bicycle ergometer test</kwd><kwd>physical tolerance</kwd><kwd>male gender</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>офисное и суточное кровяное давление</kwd><kwd>велоэргометрический тест</kwd><kwd>физическая толерантность</kwd><kwd>мужской пол</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front>

<back><ref-list><ref id="B1">1.<mixed-citation>Артериальная гипертензия у взрослых.
