Results of the study.
The most demanded in terms of support of air ambulance in the Voronezh region are specialists in the field of anesthesiology and resuscitation and the highest indicator of their work came in 2021. The second place is occupied by surgeons. A separate group of specialists of neurosurgical profile can be singled out, the presence of which is explained by the peculiarity of the structure of sanitary losses with the predominance of those affected as a result of road traffic accidents.
Conclusion.
Summarizing the above, despite the decrease in the number of Covid-19 patients, the number of air ambulance sorties has decreased insignificantly. Consequently, the need to use air ambulance in the process of medical and sanitary support continues to be an urgent task.

Introduction
In the 21st century it is difficult to imagine life without modern methods of treatment and specialized medical care, however, on the territory of our region there is a significant number of settlements isolated from large medical organizations. This situation requires intensive involvement of sanitary aviation capabilities to improve medical and sanitary provision of the population.
Today the sanitary aviation of the regional center of medicine of catastrophes has a sanitary helicopter "Ansat" with a resuscitation module on board.
At present, there are 5 helicopter triage and evacuation landing sites (ERS) at the Bobrovskaya RB, Borisoglebskaya RB, Pavlovskaya RB, Talovskaya RB, Rossoshanskaya RB with the possibility of using them at night.
In order to optimize the routing of patients, 7 medical districts have been formed in the region, in which inter-municipal centers of specialized medical care have been created: the right-bank district (BUEZ VO VGKBSMP №1), the left-bank district (BUEZ VO VGKBSMP №10), Bobrovsky district, Borisoglebsky district, Liskinsky district, Pavlovsky district and Rossoshansky district with district hospitals of the same name.
The purpose of this work is to study the possibilities of using air ambulance by the Voronezh Regional Clinical Center for Disaster Medicine.
Materials and methods of research.
In the course of our work we analyzed statistical data and analytical reports of KUZ VO "VOKCCMK" for the last five years in order to identify the regularity of the impact of the use of air ambulance on them.
Results.
The most demanded in terms of air ambulance support in Voronezh region are specialists in the field of anesthesiology and resuscitation and the highest indicator of their work came in 2021, which is most likely due to the increase in their workload during evacuation of heavy patients with coronovirus infection, who required resuscitation support. The second place is occupied by surgeons. A separate group of neurosurgical specialists can be singled out, the presence of which is explained by the peculiarity of the structure of sanitary losses with a predominance of those injured as a result of road accidents (due to the presence of the high-speed federal highway M4 "Don").
The target indicator "Number/share (%) of persons hospitalized for emergency indications within the first 24 hours of the total number of patients who were flown to" - not less than 90%. During the reporting period, the value of 97.8% was achieved.
Conclusions and practical significance:
Summarizing the above, we would like to emphasize separately that despite the decrease in the number of Covid-19 patients, the number of air ambulance sorties has decreased insignificantly. Consequently, the need to use air ambulance in the process of medical and sanitary support continues to be an urgent task.
It should also be noted that the most demanded specialties for emergency specialized medical care are surgeons, anesthesiologists and neurosurgeons due to the peculiarities of the structure of sanitary losses during emergencies in the region, most of which are victims of road accidents.
