Abstract
Relevance: The topic is relevant, since CSDs occupy a leading place among the causes of morbidity and disability in most economically developed countries of the world. Diseases of the circulatory system are one of the main causes of death in the population. Of particular danger is the fact that the early stages of the disease. are practically asymptomatic.
Purpose: To identify the most effective prevention standards that can qualitatively reduce cardiovascular risks. Materials and methods: A comprehensive, multi-stage study was conducted, according to a previously developed plan. This retrospective study included medical examination data from 2014 to 2021.
Results: All patients were divided into 3 groups according to health groups. The frequency of chronic non-communicable diseases (CNCD), as well as risk factors leading to diseases of the circulatory system, was identified and analyzed. The proportion of people with diseases of the circulatory system who are under dispensary observation in each medical organization of the Voronezh region was analyzed. In accordance with the data obtained, in order to improve the situation with the number of diseases of the circulatory system, preventive measures were proposed.
Conclusions: Thanks to the medical examination data, early detection and diagnosis of diseases of the circulatory system became possible. What makes the development and implementation of new, alternative measures a priority for preventive medicine.

Purpose: To identify the most effective prevention standards that can qualitatively reduce cardiovascular risks.
Materials and methods: A comprehensive, multi-stage study was conducted, according to a previously developed plan. This retrospective study included clinical examination data from 2014 to 2021. All patients included in the study were divided into 3 categories according to health groups. The first stage of this study was the analysis of the number of patients who underwent medical examination and were referred to its second in-depth stage. Then a detailed analysis of 3 groups of health categories was carried out, followed by an analysis of their inherent risk factors. The final stage of the study was the study of the identified complications of chronic NCDs and the development of preventive measures. The study was conducted from April 2022 to September 2022.
Results: All patients were divided into 3 groups according to health groups. The frequency of chronic non-communicable diseases (CNCD) was identified and analyzed, as well as risk factors leading to diseases of the circulatory system. The proportion of people with diseases of the circulatory system who are under dispensary observation in each medical organization of the Voronezh region was analyzed. In accordance with the data obtained, in order to improve the situation with the number of diseases of the circulatory system, preventive measures were proposed.
Discussions: Thanks to the medical examination data, early detection and diagnosis of diseases of the circulatory system became possible. What makes the development and implementation of new, alternative measures a priority for preventive medicine.
Conclusion: In accordance with the data obtained for 2021, in order to improve the situation with CVD, the following tasks were set for 2022: vaccination; adherence to treatment regimens; prevention of thrombotic complications; preventive hospitalization of people over 65; continuity between the hospital and the clinic; in-depth medical examination; dispensary observation; special attention in the high-risk group (comorbid conditions). Tasks that contribute to the elimination of the connection between the pandemic and CSD: the resumption of dispensary observation and medical examination; the return of specialized beds to normal operation; updating the routing schemes for patients with stroke and ACS and strict adherence to them; elimination of deferred demand for planned specialized and high-tech care; priority medical examination of people who have had COVID-19 and have two or more chronic non-communicable diseases; continued active work to inform citizens belonging to priority groups about the possible the need to undergo an in-depth medical examination and their motivation to undergo it.
