Abstract
Target. Study of Pharmaceutical Care (PC) from the perspective of a three-level analysis.
Methods. In the course of a three-level analysis, from the position of a product, the essence of the PC, the actual product, the added product.
Results. At the first level of analysis, the essence of the PC was considered: PC is a system for providing drug treatment that provides for a set of measures to improve the quality of life of the patient, which provides for the interaction of the pharmacist-patient-physician and their responsibility for the patient's health based on the actions and decisions made by the doctor and a pharmacist, and the main result of the PC is the preservation of health and improvement of the quality of life of patients. At the second level, the elements of the PC are defined from the perspective of the actual product: 1) the consumer properties of the PC include the timeliness, availability and quality of drug treatment; 2) the category of "quality" includes the functioning of the logistics service, pricing, assortment policy, the absence of falsified, low-quality drugs, the presence of highly qualified personnel; 3) the "design" of the PC includes the appearance of the pharmacist - his neatness, the presence of a uniform, compliance with the code of corporate culture, etc.; 4) “packaging” of the PC implies the correspondence of the personal (empathy, tact, politeness, etc.) and professional qualities of the pharmacist to the requirements of buyers; 5) “brand name” (patients are often adherents of not only one manufacturer, but also one specialist pharmacist, and turn to him specifically for help). From the point of view of the added product, PC includes the readiness of the pharmacist for qualified pharmaceutical advice on the use, storage, and interaction of drugs.
Conclusions. All three levels of PC are closely interconnected and represent a complex multifaceted structure aimed at ensuring the health of the population of our country.

In the modern world, the provision of quality pharmaceutical care (PC) is one of the most important factors in maintaining the health of the population. The PC includes a wide range of activities, which can be most fully reflected using the concept of a three-level analysis for its study, which was the purpose of this work.
In the course of a three-level analysis, from the position of a product (service), the essence of the PC (benefit, ability to satisfy the needs of consumers), the actual product (considered from the standpoint of quality, design, consumer properties, packaging, brand name), the added product (additional services that the consumer in excess of the offered product/service) [1].
At the first level of analysis, the essence of the PC was considered. It is most fully reflected in the wording proposed by Dremova N.B. et al.: PC is a system for providing drug treatment that provides for a set of measures to improve the quality of life of a patient, which provides for the interaction of a pharmacist-patient-physician and their responsibility for the patient's health based on the actions and decisions made by the doctor and pharmacist [2]. This level also includes the main result of the PC - maintaining health and improving the quality of life of patients.
At the second level, the elements of the pharmaceutical product are defined from the standpoint of the actual product: 1) the consumer properties of the pharmaceutical product include the timeliness, availability and quality of drug treatment; 2) the category of "quality" includes the functioning of the logistics service, pricing, assortment policy, the absence of falsified, low-quality drugs, the presence of highly qualified personnel; 3) the "design" of the PC includes the appearance of the pharmacist - his neatness, the presence of a uniform, compliance with the code of corporate culture, etc.; 4) "packaging" of the PC implies the correspondence of the personal (empathy, tact, politeness, etc.) and professional qualities of the pharmacist to the requirements of buyers; 5) "brand name" (patients are often adherents of not only one manufacturer, but also one specialist pharmacist, and turn to him specifically for help).
From the point of view of the added product, PC includes the readiness of the pharmacist for qualified pharmaceutical advice on the use, storage, and interaction of drugs.
Thus, all three levels of PC are closely interconnected and represent a complex multifaceted structure aimed at ensuring the health of the population of our country.
