Abstract

Relevance. Morbidity indicators, today, are leading in characterizing the health of the population. The deterioration of the health of the younger generation, in particular of students, contributes to a significant reduction in life expectancy, and also entails economic losses [3].
The goal is to analyze the statistical data on vaccination / revaccination rates of the student population for the period 2015 - 2019. on the example of a student polyclinic (BUZ VO VGKP No. 1) in Voronezh.
Materials and methods. A statistical analysis of the official reporting data of VGKP No. 1 was carried out, relative indicators were calculated, the following values were calculated: t - Student's test. Differences in values were considered significant at p <0.05.
Research results. By 2019, there is a downward trend in vaccination and revaccination rates against many infectious diseases (influenza, revaccination against measles, rubella). A study and analysis of the outpatient records of patients of the AHEC # 1 was carried out for vaccination, revaccination of students for 2018 - 2019. During the study, 300 outpatient patient records were studied (150 - for the period of 2018, 150 - for the period of 2019, respectively). Statistical data were processed using the Student's t-test with the calculation of the mean, standard deviation, differences were considered significant at p≤0.05. It was noted that 32% of students refuse vaccination in favor of using other drugs for preventive purposes, and 26% of students do not know about the need for revaccination against many diseases in accordance with the national calendar of preventive vaccinations. It was also revealed that
Conclusions. During the study period (2015 - 2019), it is worth noting that the rates of vaccination and revaccination of students decreased (in most cases due to medical indications and mistrust of vaccination as a specific method of preventing infectious diseases).

RELEVANCE
The incidence of the population is one of the main indicators characterizing the health of the nation. The deteriorating health of the younger generation, including the student population, which determines the significant intellectual potential for Russia, in recent years has contributed to a significant change in morbidity rates. The incidence reflects the level, frequency of the prevalence of the disease among the population of various groups, and also determines the effectiveness of the work of various medical institutions directly. Based on the current situation, the priority is the protection of the health of the student population, as well as the formation of their motivational resistance to a healthy lifestyle at the stages of primary prevention of the outpatient link. [12].
IV. TARGET
To conduct a statistical analysis of the indicators of vaccination and revaccination of students of VSMU named after N.N. Burdenko, to reveal the correlation between these indicators during the period of increasing morbidity.
V. METHODS
1. Study design
We have analyzed the data of the official statistical reporting of BUZ VO VGKP No. 1 in Voronezh.
2. Conditions
The study was attended by BUZ VO VGKP №1 (student polyclinic) of Voronezh, on the basis of which took place: collection, analysis of the information received.
3. Duration of research
This study was part of a large-scale study and processing of statistical data on the basis of this institution, which took 1 year and 6 months and continues to the present.
4. Description of the medical intervention
No medical interventions have been performed on patients. A study of the documentation was made (medical cards of students (form 025-3 / y), sheets of temporary disability of students (form 095 / y)).
5. The main outcome of the study
"True point" - rates of vaccination / revaccination of the student population for the study period.
6. Additional study outcomes
Detailed indicators of morbidity by organs and systems were identified.
7. Analysis in subgroups
For the study, five groups of studied values were created, the data of which were studied for the period 2018 - 2019, respectively. The criteria were the rates of vaccination / revaccination of the student population.
8. Methods of registration of outcomes
Studied statistical data of patients. We calculated the relative indicators characterizing the prevalence of signs per 100 people. All calculations were performed using Microsoft Excel.
9. Statistical analysis
Statistical data were processed using Student's t-test. Differences in values were considered significant at p <0.05.
RESULTS
Objects (participants) of the study: outpatient records of patients of BUZ VO VGKP No. 1 for 2018 - 2019.
The main results of the study: During the study period (2018 - 2019), it should be noted that the overall rate of vaccination / revaccination of students studying at the N.N. Burdenko VSMU decreased by 21.2%. At the same time, the number of students who fell ill (with the flu, which students most often refuse to vaccinate) in the period 2018 - 2019. increased by 2.3 times. Also, an analysis of morbidity by organs and systems of organs was carried out, indicators of infectious and non-infectious morbidity were identified in students of V.G. NN Burdenko for this period. Distribution of classes of diseases in the structure of the total morbidity of students in 2018 - 2019 shows that non-infectious diseases prevail 4.75 times over infectious ones. The leading pathology among infectious diseases is: influenza (depending on the seasonality) is 82.4% (among this number 76% were not vaccinated against influenza in 2018 - 2019), Among the pathology of the respiratory tract in 78% of cases, viral and bacterial diseases of the bronchopulmonary systems (acute, obstructive bronchitis, pneumonia (12%), alveolitis) in 19% of cases, patients had obstructive disorders against the background of an infectious disease. Also, data were revealed on the refusal of revaccination: in 2018, 34% of students refused revaccination against measles, 16% of students refused revaccination against hepatitis B, and 8% from rubella. In 2019, the results were as follows: 42% were rejected from revaccination against measles, 12% - from hepatitis B and 5% - from rubella. Avoiding annual influenza vaccinations leads to an increase in student morbidity rates during the winter.
Additional Study Findings: None.
Adverse events: during the work carried out, it was not identified.
DISCUSSION
Summary of the main research result: The analysis of data on vaccination and revaccination of students on the basis of BUZ VO VGKP №1 (student polyclinic) for the last two years was carried out.
Study Limitations: None identified.
Vi. CONCLUSION
Based on the studies carried out, it can be concluded that the rates of vaccination and revaccination have decreased over the past two years. This can be facilitated by insufficient awareness of students, insufficient level of knowledge about specific
