Abstract

There are a number of scientific and technical problems in the medical practice, such as the expenditure of a large amount of time on filling out medical documentation, the complexity of filling, requiring increased attention of a specialist, the lack of a structured knowledge base of pathological research for further processing by machine-readable methods. Increasing the quality and speed of assistance provided to the population by a doctor can ensure the automation of these issues. This paper considers and analyzes the autopsy protocols for subsequent training of Yandex SpeechKit technology in medical terms. It has developed its own neural network for the recognition of information containing personal data for the purpose of transmission within the protected circuit, a web form has been created that allows you to form a research protocol with simultaneous entry into a structured single database. Voice of processes directly during the opening facilitates the doctor's work and reduces the time of medical documentation. A voice assistant using Yandex SpeechKit technology with the ability to recognize medical terms can be used by the national program for the artificial introduction of intelligence both in the pathology department and in other departments in order to improve the quality of medical care and facilitate Of the treatment process.

Introduction: today the doctor faces a number of scientific and technical problems, the main ones of which are: spending a lot of time on filling out medical documentation, the complexity of filling, which requires increased attention of a specialist, the lack of a structured knowledge base of pathoanatomical research for further research by machine-readable methods. Automation of these issues can improve the quality and speed of assistance provided to the population by a doctor [1-2].

The purpose of the work: to create a ready-made software product that will translate the necessary information dictated in the process of pathological anatomical research into a text format with the formation of a protocol and its entry into a structured unified database.

Materials and methods of research: on the basis of the Department of Pathological Anatomy with the course of Forensic Medicine named after Professor D.D. Lokhov, work was carried out on the development of a voice assistant using Yandex SpeechKit technology, the creation of its own neural network and web form with the formation of software, for further implementation into pathological practice.

Results of the study: on the basis of the department, autopsy protocols were processed for subsequent training of Yandex SpeechKit technology in medical terms. A proprietary neural network has been created for the recognition of information containing personal data for transmission within a protected circuit, a web form has been created that allows you to form a research protocol with simultaneous entry into the formed structured unified database. Voicing processes directly during the autopsy facilitates the doctor's work, reduces the time of medical documentation.

Conclusion: a voice assistant using Yandex SpeechKit technology with the ability to recognize medical terms can be used in the development of a national program for the introduction of artificial intelligence [3], both in pathoanatomical practice, and it is possible to consider the introduction of a voice assistant in other departments, in order to improve and facilitate the quality of the treatment process.
