Article is devoted constructions of models realization threats of safety of the information technological medical information systems. The model is developed with reference to problems a substantiation of requirements to safety the information and contains the verbal and statistical description of the basic stages of realization of threats. Results of statistical processing of experimental records of a digital stream are put in an algorithm basis for typical conditions with use of specialized software of the analysis. Model purpose is working out «pictures of statuses of the nature», procedure of rationing of requirements being initial data to safety of the information decision-making methods.

The article demonstrates results of the analysis of effectiveness overweight correction in patients with bronchial asthma. The data shown is based on the study of 47 patients divided into general and control groups. Patients in the general group received the standard therapy of the bronchial asthma and medication for overweight correction called «Orlistat».
