The paper presents an architecture of virtual learning laboratory integrated with the system PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System). Base on specification IMS Learning Design, which enables the modeling of learning processes, the demo version of virtual learning laboratory is developed for training radiologists of brain diseases diagnosing.

In this article the clinical efficiency of using of microwave treatment with «Aster» to patients with bronchial asthma in outpatient care is demonstrated.

Based on the identified features of the health of these children are proposed additions to the diagnostic phase in the dynamic monitoring of their health status , which will allow them time to carry out preventive measures.

Eighty six patients with COPD and ventral hernia were investigated before and after an operation of herniotomy. The sensitivity of cough receptors was evaluated by inhalation of solutions of citric acid in progressively increase concentrations (0,3125 g/l - 160 g/l). The threshold of cough sensitivity was assumed as the least concentration of citric acid provoking 5 and more coughs. In 40 patients relatively low threshold of cough sensitivity was revealed (less than 10 g/l). In such patients the administration of antitussive drugs on basis of butamirate in a perioperative period is appropriate that possibly would improve the quality of postoperative period, reduce the period of hospitalization and disability.
