NEUROTIC DISORDERS OF WOMEN WITH CHRONIC SALPINGOOPHORITIS AND SEXUAL DYSFUNCTIONS
Abstract
The article deals with the problem of female sexuality. The paper is devoted to the problem which is rarely being discussed in medical publications, i.e. the interdependence of chronic gynaecological diseases with sexual and neurosis disorders. It’s revealed the following neurotic disorders: neurasthenia – 19 (38,0%) wom.; disorder reactions of adaptation – 15 (30,0%) pat.; obsessive-compulsive disorder – 11 (22,0%) peo.; dissociative (conversion) disorder – 5 (10,0%) wom.

ANALYSIS OF THE HOTLINE WORK FOR 2007-2011 YEARS
Abstract
Data of helpline functioning (2007 - 2011) were analyzed. It’s established that the current staff number and work mode are optimal. Authors suppose that calls from patients with mental disorders need more thorough analysis.

Abstract
Основную группу больных составляют пациенты, перенесшие до трех первых приступов шизофрении, с давностью заболевания не более 5 лет, с упорядоченным поведением, без признаков формирования дефекта.Данный контингент больных испытывает проблемы усвоения вербального материала, ориентируясь только на вербальную составляющую, в связи с чем акцент в работе делается на техники с невербальным доступом, в первую очередь, на телесно-ориентированную психотерапию (ТОПТ).Во время сеансов ТОПТ мы подключаем различного вида имаготехники, что позволяет отреагировать и отработать проблемы пациента на символическом уровне.В конце сеанса в психотерапевтическом процессе используется метод арттерапии. Пациенты прорисовывают свои мысли и чувства, освобождаясь от внутренних проблем или выводя их на осознаваемый уровень.

This article shows some trends in clinical course of MS, their relation to gender, age, clinical start of the disease, relationship between the level of quality of life and patients’ attitude to illness. It will predict the assessment of disability level per MS-exacerbation, relapse duration and the duration of remission and their relation to various factors. This approach allows to treat patients with the most effective therapy aimed at improving the quality of life.

TREATMENT OF CHRONIC HEART FAILURE IN PATIENTS WITH ANXIETY AND DEPRESSIVE DISORDERS
Abstract
This paper assessed the effectiveness of fluvoxamine correction anxiety and depressive disorders in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). It was found that the use of fluvoxamine leads to a rapid and significant reduction in symptoms of anxiety and depression, compared with standard therapy. In addition, prescription fluvoxamine improves not only the mental state of patients with CHF, but also their quality of life.
