ELECTROMAGNETIC SENSITIVITY AND HYPERSENSITIVITY IN PEOPLE

Gotovsky Y.V., Perov Y.F., Yakovets I.V.

Abstract

Basing on the data, available in literature, unfavorable factors have been considered of electromagnetic fields (EMF) of different frequency and intensity and man-caused origin, effecting human organism. At that in some cases the EMF influence on a man develops in the form of increased sensitivity and hypersensitivity, mainly to fields of low-frequency range. The stages of human response to EMF biological influence have been viewed at the increasing intensity. The high-sensitivity method, namely, Vegetative Resonance Test “IMEDIS TEST» has been proposed for application to diagnose preclinical manifestations of early signs of unfavorable effect of physical and chemical environmental factors, including EMF on human organs and systems.

The issue OF TEMPORAL and frequency analysis of cough sound in bronchial asthma patients

Semenkova G.G., Provotorov V.М., Sichyov V.V., Bolotskih V.I., Kokoreva L.V., Lozinskaya Y.А., Ovsyannikov Е.

Abstract

The aim of the work is to study temporal and spectral parameters of cough sounds in bronchial asthma patients as compared to healthy people cough. The method of spectral tussuphonobarography was applied to investigate cough sound. The analysis resulted in the selection of three phases in the cough sound spectrum: the first phase meant the quick opening of larynx, the longer second phase corresponded to the air release from lungs; the third one was unsteady and matched with the larynx closure as cough ended. The method allowed the detection of considerable differences in spectral and temporal parameters of cough sounds (overall cough duration, duration of each phase, Fmax - frequency of maximum sound energy, F90% - frequency of 90% of cough sound energy). Significant differences were revealed between parameters met in healthy people and in patients with bronchial asthma of different severity degree, which may serve an objective criterion for assessment of bronchial obstruction intensity.

Examination of vegetative status in patients with acquired heart disease

Minakov E.V., Fursova Е.А.

Abstract

Clinical course of cardiac insufficiency is determined by activation of neurohumoral systems. Neurohumoral activation leads to vegetative imbalance. Vegetative disorders play major role in cardio-vascular system diseases. The aim of the research is to study the indices of heart rate variability in patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency. 95 patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency were examined simultaneously with a control group of 20 healthy people without any cardio-vascular pathology. Patients with rheumatic heart diseases (associated aortic and combined mitral-aortic defects) were included into the research. Circulatory deficiency - I-II, functional class I - Ш. Vegetative status was assessed with the use of computer hardware complex “VARICARD”, evaluating 5 one-minute intervals (while conducting active tilt-test); initially - after the performance of traditional medicament treatment and later - in one month after the surgical correction of a defect. Baroreceptor sensitivity was increased after surgery. High indices of initial activity of parasympathetic nervous system prove that it was stimulated by drugs, used in the long-term treatment of chronic cardiac insufficiency (inhibitors of angiotensin transforming ferment, β-blockers, cardiac glycosides) and that cardiac insufficiency sickness rate is comparatively low.

FEATURES OF CARDIAC RHYTHM (СR) IN PREGNANCY GESTOSIS (ACCORDING TO THE DATA OF RHYTHMOGRAPHY)

Pisareva N.N., Minakov E.V.

Abstract

СR has been examined in 114 pregnant women with gestation period 37 to 40 weeks; among them there were 30 women having physiological pregnancy course, 84 - having late pregnancy gestoses of different severity degree. The examination was done with the use of computer-software complex «Control», consisting of the rhythmograph connected to PC and the software, assisting to make statistical, auto-correlation and spectral analysis of the rhythmograph images. ВРС was analyzed in the state of rest and during the test performance for active orthostatic sign. In the state of rest, as gestosis grew worse, the evident increase of systolic BP, diastolic BP, SI, LF and VLF was marked as well as the decrease of SDNN and RMSSD, which proved the rise of sympathetic influence. During the test performance for active orthostatic sign, in physiological pregnancy there was a tendency to decrease sympathetic influence, which was expressed in the decrease of SI, JC, VLF and L/H and the increase of RMSSD and SDNN. In pregnancy gestosis high level of sympathicotonia still remained. СR has been studied in 114 pregnant women, 30 of them had physiological gestation course, and 84 had gestosis of different severity. Severity of nephropathy was determined following recommendations of the RF Ministry of Health, of 1999 (Savelieva G.M.) ВПС was examined with the use of computer-software complex «Control», consisting of the rhythmograph connected to СR and the software. Statistical, auto-correlation and spectral analysis of the rhythmograph images was made in the state of rest and during the test performance for active orthostatic sign. The most significant parameters were selected: systolic BP, diastolic BP, VLF, LF, TP and AM0, regression linear models were received for space parameters Y in the state of rest and in upright position during pregnancy and after delivery. The test for adequacy of models proved them to be equivalent.

DISORDERS OF SYSTEM HEMODYNAMICS IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CRANIOCEREBRAL INJURY OF DIFFERENT SEVERITY DEGREE

Bessonova S.V., Lanetskaya V.M., Strukov S.M., Maksimov V.A.

Abstract

The results received allowed the conclusion that major parameters of system hemodinamics (SH), registered by means of noninvasive methods, enable to monitor dynamically the state of the most significant life support system in patients with craniocerebral injury, particularly, system blood circulation. Disturbances of this functional system in the acute period influence prognosis for the course of craniocerebral injury as well as the choice of surgical technique and directed SH treatment, using intensive therapy.

Abstract

The data received have proved that nowadays in the system of preventive and early diagnostic measures for hepatic diseases and sicknesses of bile-excreting tracts ultrasonic scanning seem irreplaceable as far as the detection of various asymptomatic pathological changes is concerned. Sonographic diagnostic findings play most often a definite role in the choice of methods for further patient treatment, its timeliness and adequacy serves the basis for favorable outcome of various clinical collisions.

THE STUDY OF BIO-RESONANCE THERAPY INFLUENCE ON LIFE QUALITY OF PATIENTS WITH RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

Gustomesova E.N., Sobolev Y.A., Gustomesova V.I.

Abstract

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a sickness, in which continuous and stable pain syndrome has been present in a patient virtually during all his life. In clinical picture of the disease the affection of joints is a dominant feature, still in most cases at careful examination the damage of other organs is diagnosed. However, in spite of a variety of existing approaches, methods and schemes to influence rheumatoid process, the treatment of progressive RA seems an extremely complicated task. We made an attempt to apply a new treatment method, based on the therapeutic scheme, not used earlier in the treatment of this pathology, - bio-resonance therapy (BRT). Patients received courses of BRT with the inversion data connected to bad points. The fourth BRT strategy was used with unloading. 30 RA patients, who were applied the combined therapy, managed to achieve the following indices: decrease of synovitis of fine joints, elimination of joint stiffness and intensity of pain syndrome. At the same time the relief of the following symptoms was observed: gastralgia, increased BP, vertebral pain, skin rashes. Good tolerance and absence of side effects were marked.

TO WHAT EXTENT THE LUSHER TEST OF COLOR CHOICE MEASURES THE VEGETATIVE COMPONENT OF ANXIETY?

Scherbatych J.V.

Abstract

It was observed that the results of Lusher test of color choices have had weak correlation with the psycho-physiological characteristics of emotional stress: heart rate, the Spielberg level of situational anxiety and results of SAM inquirer (state of health-activity-mood). As a result of this, some doubts are cast upon the appropriateness of use of so-called “vegetative coefficient” and “standard deviation” of color choices for measurements of psycho-physiological state of those under test both at normal conditions and at stress.

Statistical and auto-correlation analysis of the rhythmograph images was made in the state of rest and during the test performance for active orthostatic sign. To predict the severity of gestosis linear methods of multiple regression were applied. The most significant parameters were selected: systolic BP, diastolic BP, VLF, LF, TP and AM0, regression linear models were received for space parameters Y in the state of rest and in upright and sitting positions during pregnancy and after delivery. The test for adequacy of models proved them to be equivalent.
