ALGORITHM DEVELOPMENT FOR ELECTROCARDIOGRAPHIC SIGNAL PROCESSING

Glotov A.I., Peleshenko E.I., Shvagerus S.E., Korotkov A.B.

Abstract

Justification is presented of the possibility to use new parameters of electrocardiosignal for diagnostic purposes. The possibility to compare and to reproduce the dynamics results of the proposed ECG speed parameters while receiving the initial signal by different methods allows a diagnostician to make an adequate choice of technical methods, necessary in this or that case, not being afraid of the falsification of processing results received.

COMPARATIVE INSTRUMENTAL ASSESSMENT OF HEMODYNAMIC INFLUENCE OF ISOSORBIDE MONO- AND DINITRATE IN PATIENTS WITH STABLE STENOCARDIA

Safonov M.J., Shevchenko I.I., Shvagerus S.E.

Abstract

Pharmacological effect was compared in Mono-Mack and nitrosorbide by the method of central hemodynamic parameters’ assessment, examined by noninvasive electrocardiographic computer analyzer “Biankor”. In two comparable groups of examined patients unidirectional result was received, still varying in time of its realization, namely: In nitrosorbide application hemodynamic effect came a little earlier (within 1 hour) and was stable during 3 hours, in Mono-Mack application the effect came a little later (in 1,5 hour), still the duration of hemodynamic effect of the medication was observed during not less than 6 hours, that correlates positively with the time of the drug partial excretion. At the same time the hemodynamic effect received from Mono-Mack application, showed final diagnostic volume decrease (of 6 hours duration), that characterizes the significant decrease of myocardial preload, the increase of integral contractile capacity, that indirectly characterizes the improvement of coronary perfusion, and allows to make a conclusion of its advantage in antianginal action duration compared to dinitrates. The application of EKS transformation method is quite correct and can be recommended in future for hemodynamic effect assessment of cardiotropic drugs.

Abstract

Applying wavelet analysis to process the results of laser Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter in healthy women of reproductive age dynamic characteristics of flowgrams were detected in two frequency ranges (0,5-2, 2-4 hertz). The dynamics of microcirculation data was characterized during breathing test within the examined ranges. The feature of self-similarity of the studied process was detected.

EXAMINATION OF THYROID GLAND IN GOITER ENDEMIC KAMENSK DISTRICT OF VORONEZH REGION, WITH THE USE OF GEO-INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES (GIT) IN ACCORDANCE WITH ECHOLOCATION DATA

Lavlinsky V.Y.

Abstract

Monitoring of thyroid gland morbidity was performed on the territory of Voronezh Region. Taking into account macro- and micro-dynamic prediction of informational monitoring results, multi-channel variant of financing for optimal territorial distribution of all types of resources in health system institutions could be provided, which is of great significance in the course of experimental assessment performance of population health level.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF ASSESSMENT METHOD FOR PSYCHOTROPIC DRUGS ACTION ON THE BASIS OF COMPUTER DIFFERENTIAL THERMOMETRY FOR BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE POINTS (BAP)

Resnikov K.M., Shiriaev O.Y., Balashov Y.S., Fyodorov B.A., Tihova Y.S., Konopelko R.G.

Abstract

The data are presented about the work of differential computer thermometer and materials are given concerning its approbation in clinical conditions. It was indicated that temperature delta between BAP and inactive dermal zone depends on the location of the second sensing element and does not depend on whether the measurement is performed to the left or to the right. The value of ?T of analogous BAP is different in healthy and diseased people and can define the action of drugs of neurotic and antidepressant group.

RESULTS OF GASEOUS DISCHARGED VISUALIZATION (GDV) APPLICATION IN EXAMINATION OF CHILDREN WITH PYELONEPHRITIS (PN)

Klimova L.N., Ascheulov A.Y.

Abstract

GDV-method was applied in pediatric nephrology to assess the severity of patients’ status. It was defined that in PN acute condition kirlianogram data are changed similarly to the data in chronic PN with the shrinkage of kidneys in the state of remission. Therefore this method should be applied for dynamic observation of patients in chronic development of the disease.

METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF INFORMATION SPREAD FOR SONOGRAPHIC EXAMINATION IN CHEMICAL INDUSTRY WORKERS

Faustov A.S., Popov S.V.

Abstract

Multi-component conception of information system for ultrasonic diagnosis (ISUD) was developed, aggregating 5 different views on ISUD functional features: Communication approach, Approach, based on informational sources management, Functional approach, Approach, based on the problem-solving method development, Approach, based on the provision of labor activity quality. The ideology of the given conception is aimed to ensure the development of social and technical systems of organized type with the use of management sources, based on information systems.

LABORATORY DIAGNOSIS IN CLINICAL PRACTICE OF SPECIALIST IN SKIN AND VENEREAL DISEASES

Zaharov V.P., Gulaya G.I., Latishev V.Y.

Abstract

The data of peripheral blood test indices in psoriatic patients are presented. It was determined that the level of psoriatic process aggressiveness is most actively defined by the indices of erythrocytosis and hemoglobin content, which is explained by the complex, biochemical mechanisms of calcium homeostasis of erythrocytes in patients with the given pathology. The inclusion of general blood test into diagnostic minimum of examination is recommended in psoriasis.

INFLUENCE OF PERSONAL FEATURES ON AFFECTIVE DISORDERS DEVELOPMENT IN PATIENTS WITH DUODENAL ULCER

Kutashov V.A.

Abstract

Affective disorders in particular were detected to determine insufficient social maladjustment. That is the loss of active capacity for work in patients with duodenal ulcer of a light degree, the possibility to sucessfully comunicate are not connected with the disease itself, but are determined by psychological causes, and in the first hand by affective disorders. The prevailing are psychoasthenic, hyperthymic, emotionally labile, hysteroid types of personality actualization in patients with depressive disorders in duodenal ulcer. Toront’s scale for alexithymia clearly showed the presence of cognitive-affective psychological features in patients with duodenal ulcer. Among them they are: difficulties to identify self feelings, emotions and bodily sensations, poor fantasy, concentration of attention mostly on outward events rather then on inner self emotions.
