Mild chronic generalized periodontitis (MCGP) is currently the most common form among periodontists. It's connected with small clinical manifestations in the oral cavity, errors in diagnosis, late access to professional help from dentists and, consequently, progression to more severe forms. The authors of this study studied and proved the anti-inflammatory and reparative properties of phytopreparations in the treatment of MCGP. The results obtained allow us to recommend phytopreparations for the local medical treatment of periodontitis.

The interpretation of the manifestations of diseases of the internal organs based on the results of a thorough examination of the state of the tongue mucosa currently remains an urgent problem among scientists and clinicians. Despite the fact that every year medical diagnostic equipment is becoming more powerful and modern, and doctors in their daily practice have access to many laboratory and instrumental research methods, the etiology of many pathological processes in the language remains unexplored. The article presents its own clinical observations of the language mucosa of patients with various pathology of internal organs at the appointment of a dentist, as well as data from scientific literature on the existing problem.

The issues of forming phobias of patients and doctors on dental reception are considered. It is emphasized that the establishment of contact with the patient is an important point in the professional activity of a dentist's doctor. It is necessary that the dentist before starting treatment asked the patient about his condition, care for care. The doctor should complement his professional skills to a humane attitude towards the patient. Most phobias, especially young doctors, are associated with a small amount of professional experience. As the skills and advanced training increases, the confidence of the doctor on dental reception increases.

The study of the seashene groove and the sedental fluid is one of the important points in the study of inflammatory diseases of the periodontal and their prevention. Information on the quantitative change in the microflora of the oral cavity in patients using non-removable dentures in the literature are single. The goal of the work is the assessment of the bacterial state of the groomed groove in individuals with various structural materials of dentures, before and after the use of medical and prophylactic dental pastes. The study was carried out according to the results of the observation of four groups of patients, a number of 10 people in each, which have metallic solid structures, metal structures with spraying, metal-plastic structures, or metal-ceramic structures. It has been established that during prosthetics with metallic solid structures without and with spraying, the bacterial dissemination was lower than when using plastic structures, but higher than when using metal-ceramic structures 10 times, respectively. Failure structures from various materials affect the qualitative and quantitative composition of the contents of the sedate furrow. The regular use of individually selected medical and prophylactic dental pastes with a bactericidal effect, significantly improves the hygienic state of the oral cavity, reduces the microbial separation of the sedate furrosis.

A specific quality indicator for drugs of the class of enterosorbents is sorption activity. The work investigated the sorption activity of single-component (activated carbon and Polyphepan) and combined (Karbopect) enterosorbents in relation to lead, nickel and zinc ions. It was shown that the combined preparation, containing in its composition both a hydrophobic sorbent with a highly developed surface and hydrophilic biopolymers, has the highest sorption activity and detoxification efficiency in relation to the cations of all d-metals under study. This suggests that the direction of creating new drugs based on the combination of hydrophobic and hydrophilic sorbents is a promising task.
