CLINICAL AND LABORATORY EVALUATION OF THE EFFICTIVENESS USE OF BONE-PLASTIC MATERIALS FOR THE TREATMENT AND PREVENTION OF ALVEOLAR JAW BONE DEFECTS
Abstract
Up to date, the morph-chemical properties of bone-plastic materials, which determine the osteogenesis and ion exchange regulation in bone cells have not been sufficiently studied. In this regard, further studying of the properties of osteoplastic materials are perspective. Thus, the results of morph-chemical properties of jawbone and osteoplastic materials revealed certain similar features and differences, which influence on regenerative effectiveness in different way. Thus, the use of the studied osteoplastic materials in alveolar bone defects, according to the individual characteristics of the patient's anamnesis, contributes to the full replacement of the bone defect and the favorable postoperative period, excluding secondary deformation and atrophy of the jawbones.

PREVENTION OF INFLAMMATORY COMPLICATIONS IN COMPLEX MANDIBULAR MOLAR REMOVAL
Abstract
Dental diseases are one of the most important public health problems in countries with different income levels of the population. Epidemiological studies in Russia also indicate a high frequency of odontogenic diseases. Despite significant scientific and technological advances in dentistry, the main problems of oral health remain tooth decay and periodontal disease. The treatment of these diseases forms the main part of the daily work of a dentist in public and private clinics. The most common treatment for odontogenic inflammatory diseases is tooth removal. Dentoalveolar surgery and complex molar removals are commonly performed oral surgeries. Surgical interventions in the oral cavity at an outpatient appointment with a surgeon-dentist are carried out in conditions of an increased risk of developing inflammatory complications, and therefore the issue of developing preventive measures to prevent these complications does not lose its relevance.

MUCOUS MEMBRANE OF THE ORAL CAVITY AND LIPS UNDER CERTAIN PATHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS
Abstract
The various pathology of internal organs detected in the vast majority of patients at the dental appointment evidences a close relationship between the state of the oral cavity and the general body state. In addition, pathological conditions of organs and systems significantly increase the risk of inflammation development and progression in the periodontium and oral mucosa. All the above results in the appearance of novel views on diagnostics, comprehensive treatment and prevention of pathological processes from the perspective of a systematic approach. Numerous studies have demonstrated that decreased level of the oral cavity disorders leads to an improvement in the general health status of the population. Apparently, systemic disease manifestations in the oral cavity can be used for their prevention; these issues are thoroughly developed in EPMA (Germany, Bonn) since 2013 by O. Golubnichya. Our studies demonstrate that current level of dentistry allows early diagnostics of the systemic chronic diseases at the stage of insignificant clinical manifestations using clinical evaluation, macrohistochemical, bacterioscopic, cytological investigations of the oral mucosa.

FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES OF RESIDENTS USING SIMULATION EQUIPMENT
Abstract
This article presents the experience of implementing the use of simulation equipment for the training of residents in the specialty 31.08.75 "orthopedic dentistry", 31.08.73 "therapeutic dentistry" for primary specialized accreditation of healthcare professionals. There was conducted a study of residents’ readiness for practice by the means of a questionnaire. The obtained data indicate that the use of simulation training contributes to improving the level of training and the formation of professional competencies.

MODERN ASPECTS OF PREVENTION OF NON-EPIDEMIC DISEASES
Abstract
Epidemiological dental examination is the basis for determining the dental status of the population and its needs for dental care. According to statistical reports, the prevalence of dental caries in children in different regions of Russia ranges from 60 to 95%, and the main indicator of inflammatory periodontal diseases reaches 80%. The article discusses various methods of preventive measures for patients with dental diseases at different ages in order to develop effective programs based on empirical research.

CURRENT TRENDS IN COMPLEX MAXILLARY PROSTHETICS
Abstract
With the increase in the occurrence of extensive defects of the maxillofacial region due to injuries, congenital anomalies or surgical interventions to remove tumors, the study and improvement of complex jaw prosthetics technologies is a priority. The possibilities of reconstructive surgery have reached great heights in restoration treatment, but still the restoration of large-length defects or replacement of organs of complex configuration is possible only with the use of exoprostheses. Rapid manufacturing results, aesthetics and improvements in new technologies will suggest that this type of prosthetics can become a modern alternative to reconstructive surgical interventions.

FORENSIC MEDICAL EXAMINATION OF DENTAL CARE. LITERATURE REVIEW
Abstract
The article presents modern literature data on the frequency and main causes leading to poor-quality dental care. Special attention is paid to the mistakes of specialists in the provision of implantological care. The role of proper filling of medical documentation by practicing dentists is shown.

PLANNING OF ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT OF DISTAL OCCLUSION USING NON-REMOVABLE EQUIPMENT IN PATIENTS WITH PERIODONTAL DISEASES
Abstract
The widespread prevalence of inflammatory periodontal diseases among the population of all ages is a serious problem and requires increased attention to the methods of preparing patients of this profile for orthodontic treatment, the strategy of their management during orthodontic treatment and the choice of devices for the retention period. The article is a review of current data on the methods of treatment of distal occlusion in patients with periodontal tissue diseases undergoing orthodontic treatment using fixed equipment, where the sections are considered: biomechanics of movement of teeth with affected periodontal, the initial stage of periodontal therapy, the corrective phase of therapy, including orthodontic treatment, maintenance phase - retention and observation.

IMPREGNATION OF CARBON UNIVERSAL NANOSTRUCTURAL IMPLANTS (UNI) WITH BONE HYDROXYAPATITE
Abstract
Saturation of the pores of carbon nanostructured implant material with bone hydroxyapatite, got from Tiens powder with high content of calcium has been done and investigated. To explore the samples, X-ray diffraction method (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), local X-ray spectrum microanalysis (LXRSMA) and optical microscopy (ОМ) are used. The visible aggregates, formed on the surface of carbon fibers of implants, have spherical shape and consist of crystals with the size about 200-300 nm, so that impregnating phase contains hydroxyapatite without admixtures of another elements and calcium phosphates.
