ETIOLOGICAL FACTOR OF DEVELOPMENT AND CLINICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ODONT IN CHILDREN

Sushchenko A.V., Vorobyovskaya A.G., Dremalov B.M., Loukhina O.V.

Abstract

Clinical characteristics and classification of odontomas are given. It was noted that in the territory of the Voronezh region until the end of the nineties of the last century there were practically no odontomas, the peak of the identified case falls on 1996-1999. It is emphasized that diagnostics of solid odontomas must be carried out not only using radiological methods, but also histological examinations. Surgical treatment should include removal by odontomas along with the connective tissue sheath.

MODERN METHODS AND OPTIONS FOR EVALUATING THE ADAPTATION OF DENTAL HARD TISSUES TO DENTAL MATERIALS

Nekrylov D.V., Popova T.A., BR S.R., Zakharov V.A.

Abstract

The issues of changing mineral metabolism in tooth enamel leading to caries development are considered. The data on the importance of preserving the organic component, which is a natural tissue barrier for microorganisms, are given, since remineralization of the foci of the affected enamel is possible only with the preservation of the organic matrix. In the studies of scientists of the Higher Medical University named after N.N. Burdenko, it was established that during preparation and filling, the ratio of Ca/P ions decreases within two weeks immediately after therapeutic manipulations. By the third week, the value of the indicator returns to the baseline. Using the method of vegetative resonance testing (ART) by electropuncture diagnostics according to R. Fall, dental materials were tested for compatibility with the patient's tooth tissues. The materials of the company "Hereus Kulzer" and "Kerr" for 32 examined and the materials of the companies "3M," "Densplay," "Vivadent" for 26 examined were studied. It was established that with the correct selection of the bond composition for enamel and dentin, the most successful reduction of the rejection reactions of the sealing material occurs.

OPTIMIZATION OF TREATMENT RESULTS FOR PERIODONTAL DISEASES TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE VOLUME AND QUALITY OF THERAPEUTIC AND DIAGNOSTIC MEASURES

Belenova I.A., Oleinik E.A., Kubyshkina K.P., Peleshenko E.I.

Abstract

The results of a three-year follow-up of 487 patients diagnosed with moderate chronic generalized periodontitis are presented. Parallels were drawn between the volume of periodontological care and the rate of relief of clinical signs of inflammation in periodontal. It has been established that long-term remission of periodontitis can be achieved in more than half of patients who do not have a history of chronic somatic diseases. The greatest effectiveness is shown by combination therapy methods, including purification in combination with antibiotic therapy. The main task of treatment is an individual selection of a technique in which the stabilization of the inflammatory process occurs earlier and is preserved for a long time.

ROLE OF TOOTHPASTE IN COMPLEX TREATMENT OF PERIODONTAL DISEASES

Oleinik O.I., Trifonov N.I.

Abstract

The importance of the correct individual selection of paste for brushing teeth, as a component of the arsenal of comprehensive treatment of periodontal diseases, is emphasized. A contingent of 350 aged 25 to 70 years diagnosed with chronic generalized periodontitis of varying severity who received conservative treatment showed the comparative effectiveness of various toothpaste use regimens. Technologies for prescribing the use of toothpaste before the start of basic therapy, together with medical or physiotherapeutic agents, are highlighted; after effective skeleton or removal of dental deposits by hand tools. It has been established that the use of specialized toothpastes, including components for the treatment of periodontal diseases, as part of complex therapy, allows achieving a better preventive effect and reducing the progression of periodontitis. The most effective use of toothpaste at the stage of post-traumatic rehabilitation of the gum mucosa.

ASSESSMENT OF GENETIC FACTOR IN CARIES DEVELOPMENT BY BLOOD BACTERICIDAL ACTIVITY

Garkavets S.A., Aleshina E.O., Malysheva O.V., Khavantsev S.Y.

Abstract

The results of scientific research provide data indicating the high significance of the genetic predisposition to the development of caries. The article presents the results of their own observations of 34 twin pairs, including 16 monozygotic and 18 dizygotic. Concordance of dental caries intensity and blood bactericidal activity was evaluated. A radioimmune technique was used to evaluate the interaction of whole blood with bacterial suspension. It has been established that it is important to assess the role of the genotype in the development of the carious process, namely the intensity of carious damage, in order to choose a successful tactic for its treatment. The role of the antimicrobial resistance of the organism in the formation of caries and the fact of genetic determination of the indicators of caries intensity and the level of bactericidal blood activity on the example of twin pairs was confirmed.

ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS AND FORMATION OF THE DENTAL SYSTEM IN THE PRE- AND POSTNATAL PERIODS OF DEVELOPMENT

Krasnikova O.P., Kuralesina V.P., Vusataya E.V., Abrosimova O.N., Nigamova K.I., Dremalov B.M., Sagitdinova T.N.

Abstract

We provide our own data on the results of studying the prevalence of early tooth decay in children living in the cities of Stary Oskol and Voronezh. The nature of the child's nutrition, the duration of use of the teat bottle, pacifiers, and the peculiarities of environmental living conditions were assessed. The most common form of early caries has been found to be "bottle caries." At the same time, the canines and second molars of the upper and lower jaws are less affected than the first molars due to a later eruption. The percentage of affected first molars was 57%, while the second milk molars was 24%. It is noted that the front teeth of the lower jaw are not affected. A significant contribution belongs to sugars burned in crumbs for artificial feeding. When breastfed, lactose contained in the mother's milk has cariogenic properties, which is associated with its cleavage in the oral cavity by saliva enzymes. A detailed study of the contribution of possible etiological factors to the development of dental abnormalities in the pre- and postnatal periods is critical for the development of preventive measures for each category of pediatric patients.

Ivanova I.I., Shapovalova A.A., Zyablov A.N.

Abstract

This paper presents the results of using polymer-based piezoelectric sensors with molecular imprints to determine the cephalosporin antibiotic cephalosporin. A procedure for the synthesis of polymers with molecular imprints (PMR) of cefazoline has been developed polyamide acid-based. The obtained CMRs have high selectivity. Analytes were determined using the original unit. Sensors modified with CMR were tested in determining the antibiotic in milk. The detection limit of cefazoline is - 1,0·10 -5 g/dm3, and the range of determined antibiotic concentrations is 0,1·10 -4 - 0.1 g/dm3.

PROSPECTS FOR USING VEGETABLE RAW MATERIALS CONTAINING BERBERINE IN THE TREATMENT OF PSORIASIS

Ryabinina E.I., Zotova E.E., Nikitina T.N.

Abstract

Psoriasis is one of the most common dermatological diseases that greatly affects the quality of life of patients. Moreover, about 70% of patients need only external therapy. The aim of the study was to analyze the composition of ointments recommended in the topical therapy of psoriasis in terms of pharmacological activity and the presence of protoberberine alkaloids, as well as to search for alternative sources of herbal raw materials. Data search was carried out using information retrieval and library databases. It has been shown that most of the topical preparations with plant raw materials contain celandine, the pharmacological action of which in the treatment of psoriasis is determined by the presence of protoberberine alkaloids. The use of berberine containing natural raw materials in the composition of ointments can be a good alternative to hormonal drugs, given the duration of psoriasis treatment.
