Madykin Y.Y., Zolotuhin O.V., Horoshih N.V., Ievlev A.A., Zolotuhin V.O.

Abstract

The violation of the reproductive function of married men is of particular importance today, both medical and social. Demographic indicators in Russia and in many other countries indicate an increase in the incidence of infertile (infertile) status of men [1,4]. The questionnaire survey of students in the Voronezh region is held within the framework of the interdepartmental project "Study for Health!", One of the sections of which is the subproject "You and I are a Healthy Family". This subproject is aimed at the prevention and strengthening of male and female reproductive health. A preliminary analysis of the questionnaire survey showed the presence of risk factors in the area of reproductive health in almost every sixth student who needs a specialist from a urologist andrologist. However, the reluctance of students to continue the examination in order to exclude or confirm the presence of the corresponding problems, speaks of the low social activity of young students with regard to responsibility for their own reproductive health.

TEMPORARY FIXATION OF THE EDGES OF THE SYNTHETIC LOOP OF PREVENTION OF RECURRENCE OF URINARY INCONTINENCE AFTER SURGERY TOT

Pyanich V.N., Prokofyeva L.I., Sheremetova L.S.

Abstract

Urinary incontinence leads to social disadaptation of women. Urinary incontinence affects up to 25% of the female population, and with age the percentage increases from the minimum age of 20-24 years to 30% by 50 years. Free vaginal obturator (TVT-O) is now one of the most effective and popular procedures for the surgical treatment of stress urinary incontinence in women. The effectiveness of different variants of suburethral plastic according to other different studies is 80-90%. The problem of treatment of patients with recurrent urinary incontinence remains quite acute. The recurrence of urinary incontinence is noted in 5.8% of patients with mixed form. Subsequently, in order to prevent this complication, temporary fixation of the prosthesis edges and fixation of the mesh under the middle part of the urethra were used. Loop migration is one of the causes of recurrence of urinary incontinence. Temporary fixation of the loop and prevention of loop displacement from the middle urethra can reduce the risk of recurrence of urinary incontinence.

IMMEDIATE AND DISTANT RESULTS OF TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH EXACERBATION OF CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE AND ACCOMPANYING ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE USING ROFLUMILAST

Shishkin E.S., Provotorov V.M.

Abstract

Today, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is seen as a serious medical and social problem that remains unresolved. COPD is known to be a long-term current inflammatory process that affects all structures of pulmonary tissue. Often, the "classic" local inflammatory process becomes systemic. At the same time, its essence is completely changed. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and ischemic heart disease have a wide prevalence and are often combined in one patient. Systemic inflammation is a common pathogenetic mechanism of COPD and IBS. The high concentration of various systemic markers of inflammation is associated with the exacerbation of atherosclerosis and the development of its complications. The use of roflumilast changes the course of COPD and IBS.

Abstract

The issues of the structure and prevalence of anemic syndrome (AS) among internal medicine patients were studied, the quality of life of patients with anemia was assessed. Anemia is the most common hematological pathology that accompanies many chronic diseases. Most often in clinical practice you can find a combination of anemia with acute and chronic infections, oncological and autoimmune diseases. The final data showed that 101 patients (46.1%) of the 219 patients studied had anemia. As a distinct disease, anemia was detected in only 7 cases (3.2%), and as background and / or comorbidities - 94 surveyed (42.9%), 49 of them were women (48.5%) and 52 men (51.5%). The average age of the subjects who had anemia was: for men 65.3 ± 10.5 years; for women 63.1 ± 8.4 years. Most often, this pathology occurred in old age (62.5% of patients). Mild anemia was observed in 93 patients (92%), moderate severity - in 7 (6.9%), and severe - in 1 study (1.1%). It is also worth mentioning that only 8 patients out of 101 with AS (7.9%), this pathology was reflected in the clinical diagnosis.
