EMBOLIC UTERINE ARTERIES AS THE COMPONENT OF COMPLEX TREATMENT LEIOMYOMA OF THE UTERUS AT PATIENTS OF REPRODUCTIVE AGE
Abstract
Embolic uterine arteries (EUA) it is made to 35 patients. It is established, that introduction promotes reduction of frequency of loss of reproductive body, an opportunity of realization of motherhood and improvement of quality of a life at patients with myomas of a uterus. EUA sharply reduces number of days of stay of the patient in a hospital, does not demand hormonal therapy that is necessary at reconstructive - plastic operative interventions.

TO THE TECHNIQUE OF POSTOPERATIVE HYDROPRESS-ULTRASONIC SANITATION OF THE BELLY CAVITY AT THE PERITONITIS
Abstract
The device and a method of the postoperative гидропрессивно-ultrasonic sanitation is developed, allowing to process a belly cavity hydraulic press streams of an antiseptic solution and low-frequency ultrasound in conditions of the "closed" contour. Significant decrease{reduction} inseminated a belly cavity, normalization of biochemical parameters and antioxidant status, downturn of weight of inflammatory process and improvement of the forecast for an outcome of disease is confirmed.
