При профилактическом осмотре у 65,2% работников металлургического производства обнаружено изменение сосудов сетчатки в виде ангиопатии и у 79% нарушение микроциркуляторного русла бульбарной конъюнктивы. Все работники были дообследованы для выявления причины ангиопатии. На основании полученных данных была создана структурная модель донозологической диагностики гипертонической болезни и цереброваскулярной патологии на промпредприятии. Использование оптимизационных процедур селективной обработки информации для задач диагностики позволит сформировать логическую модель профотбора и будет способствовать сокращению выхода на инвалидность и потери трудоспособности работников.

The computer perimetry is increasingly increasingly extended in the diagnostics of eye diseases. The sensitivity and functional activity of the retina before and after the shift of the metallurgical production operators was studied. The development of the muscle fatigue and the weakening of the accommodation is connected directly. The direct dependence between the length of service and the development of astenopia in the form of lowering of the positive part and the total volume of the relative accommodation was revealed. The working with video display terminal leads to the deterioration in indices and it is reflected in increasing of the time research, per cent of mistakes, the minimum response time and in reducing of the sensitivity of the central zone of the retina.

Обследовано 65 больных в возрасте от 60 до 75 лет (средний возраст 66,7±1,9 года) с диагнозом доброкачественная гиперплазия предстательной железы (ДГПЖ). Анализ особенностей психологического статуса больных ДГПЖ пожилого возраста позволил выявить наиболее значимые психологические факторы, оказывающих влияние на клиническое течение ДГПЖ у пациентов с диссомническими расстройствами. Основными факторами, определяющими выраженность диссомнических нарушений у больных ДГПЖ, являются артериальная гипертензия, длительность заболевания, размер предстательной железы, объем остаточной мочи, выраженность тревожно-депрессивных нарушения, наличие у больного ИБС, и постинфарктного кардиосклероза. В систему лечебно-профилактических мероприятий у больных ДГПЖ пожилого возраста необходимо включать курсовую психофармакокоррекцию психосоматических и диссомнических нарушений.

Analysis of psychosomatic relations in patients with type 2 diabetes (DM) in combination with arterial hypertension (AH) has identified the most important psychological factors that influence the clinical course of combined pathology. The system of preventive and curative interventions in patients with DM, in conjunction with the AH must include a course therapy of psychosomatic disorders.

Results of research of influence of video-display terminals on hydrodynamics of an eye are resulted. It is surveyed 418 person. It is revealed, that the work which has been not connected to a visual pressure does not render authentic influence on a condition intraocular tension. At the persons working in conditions of психо-emotional stress in the age of 50 years also is more senior, at the end of working day Intraocular pressure raised. The Психо-emotional stress renders negative influence on circulation of an intraocular liquid.

The article shows that the level of markers of systemic inflammation in patients with COPD is increased at each subsequent stage of the disease in 2 times, that should be taken into account during the development of screening programs, and to develop predictive models of multifactorial clinical course of disease and treatment algorithms to improve the quality of life of patients .

For years the question is being discussed in printings if the systematic mediastinal lymph dissection has an influence on late fate improvement after a radical surgery in the occasion of lung carcinoma. We have appraised comparatively short-term results of typical and expanded operations. The comparison has been undertaken in groups of patients with identical tumour prevalence (the criteria T, N, M). The analyzable material included 300 patients with lung carcinoma, there were 10 patients with the I (first) stage of disease (7%), 60 patients with the II (second) stage of disease (40%) and 80 patients with the IIIA (third A) stage of disease (53%), in the group of the typical patients there were 45(30%), 43(29%), and 62 persons (41%) respectively. Comparing the general survival rate in the group of expanded operations the survival rate of these patients was higher for sure than in the group after typical operations (P=0,03, log rank test). And the three-year and the five-year general cumulative survival rate after expanded operations made up 70% and 59%, after typical operations - 30% and 9% respectively. The survival rate median was equal to 2100 days (70 months).
