The currently known methods of instrumental analysis of biosamples are characterized by a number of disadvantages, according to which the search for new test systems is urgent. The article contains information about known biomarkers of diseases, and also evaluates current sensors for diagnosing bioassays. The specific behavior of fluorochrome as an analytical test system is considered.
