Monitoring was carried out and the pathogen was classified in the main inflammatory processes of the face and neck in children from 1 to 15 years old. Based on the results obtained, we have developed and proposed schemes for empirical antibiotic therapy for use by pediatric dentists and pediatricians on an outpatient basis. The most relevant for outpatient applications are oral antibiotics with high bioavailability and efficacy against etiological pathogens.&lt;/p&gt;
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>empiric antibiotic therapy schemes</kwd><kwd>acute inflammatory processes in children</kwd><kwd>maxillofacial surgery</kwd><kwd>outpatient antibiotic therapy.</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>схемы эмпирической антибиотикотерапии</kwd><kwd>острые воспалительные процессы у детей</kwd><kwd>челюстно-лицевая хирургия</kwd><kwd>антибиотикотерапия</kwd><kwd>амбулаторный прием.</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Ушаков Р.В., Царев В.Н.
